The Space:
Sonoma Valley Villa can comfortably accommodate your group of up to 10 guests. Gaze at the sunset over the neighboring vineyards from the expansive decks surrounding the house. Lounge for hours in the swimming pool which is heated to a comfortable temperature all year round. Enjoy the large in-ground hot tub or gather around the fire pit for endless night skies and create life-long memories.

Dine alfresco with an outdoor kitchen including a gas grill and large dining area under an arbor of vines. The huge lawn will provide hours of fun and activities for everyone in your group.

Families with children as well as adults-only groups will appreciate the configuration of the home. This contemporary space features two connected wing, ensuring maximum privacy.

The open plan main wing features a spacious great room with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining area, living room with a gas fireplace, media room with large screen TV, and walls of glass that open onto the deck with seating and views over the pools, vineyards and hills of Sonoma Valley.

Three bedrooms adjoin the great room: the master suite with a memory foam king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a memory foam king bed that can also be configured to two twin beds, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom; and a third bedroom with a memory foam king bed and adjacent bathroom that is shared with the great room.

The second wing features a private deck and a second master suite with a memory foam king bed, extensive closets, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate large media room with a king-sized sleeper sofa and television so the kids can watch TV without bothering the adults. A dedicated workspace is also found in this area.

Fast internet access with mesh wifi is located throughout the house and grounds.

Guest Access:

The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the town of Kenwood where you will find a multitude of intimate tasting rooms, restaurants and markets. Kenwood is the heart of Sonoma Valley where some of the world's top wineries are located just minutes from the house.

Getting Around:
Parking for up to 3 cars is available at the property which is fully fenced in.

Checking out is super easy: just close the front door and you're done! No cleaning or other tasks are necessary before departure.
