Seahorse Shanty… An Enchanting Coastal Beach House to fulfill all your deep-sea dreams…
This four-bedroom three-bath house sleeps ten comfortably and is conveniently located right off Eleventh St.
As soon as you enter the front door to the open concept of the dining, living, and kitchen area, you will be in awe of the space your family and friends will be able to enjoy.
The generous dining room table has seating for ten, with six chairs and one bench, there are four additional barstools at the kitchen bar. To entertain everyone in the group, a ping pong table.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need to prepare those large family meals. With all white appliances and for coffee lovers it has both a Keurig and a regular drip coffee maker.
The first door to the right in the hallway is a stackable washer & dryer for your use.
On down to your left is BD1) complete with queen size bed, nightstands, lamps, a chest, and a TV w/WIFI.
Across the hall is BD2) which has two sets of twin-size bunk beds, built-in lamps by each bed, a small bookshelf, and a TV w/ WIFI.
Across the hall is BA1) a full bath with a tub/shower combo and a granite countertop sink.
On down the hall to the left is BD3) the first master, with a king-size bed, nightstands w/lamps, a small chest, and a TV w/WIFI.
There is also a door that leads to a deck, where you can sit out and enjoy the outdoors. BA2) the en suite full bath has a walk-in shower and a granite countertop with a sink.
Across from there is BD4) the second master, with a king bed, nightstands w/lamps, a small chest, and a TV w/ WIFI.
This master also has an entrance to the deck that adjoins the other bedroom. BA3) the ensuite full bath has a walk-in shower and a granite countertop w/sink.
There is a front deck to sit out on as well as one of the master bedrooms.
Downstairs under the house is parking for four cars, and also an area that has a picnic table, bar type area with four stools, a charcoal grill, a firepit type table w/chairs various games, and an outdoor shower.
