The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary endeavors, featuring full sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. The sunny backyard is the perfect place to take your freshly brewed cup of morning coffee, relaxing on Adirondack seating while you plan out your next set of adventures.



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms plus pull-out couches.



Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a smart TV on the bottom floor - Perfect for the kids!



Bedroom #2 on the second floor includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3, second floor includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed and a smart TV also on the second floor.



Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, smart TV and is also located on the second floor.



Optional sleeper sofa in the living room can sleep two more guests in addition to sleeping spaces in the bedrooms.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking for 2 vehicles or 1 vehicle along with a boat or trailer.

• The downstairs bunkroom with two twin beds is a smaller room, perfect for young kids.

• If you are bringing a pet, please be sure to select the total number of pets (limited to 2 pets of no more than 50lbs each) at the time of booking so the pet fee is included. The pet fee is $40 per night for up to 2 pet's total. If you do not select this at the time of booking, please contact our Guest Services to ensure you have paid the pet fee before checking in. To avoid any additional charges, it’s important to notify us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. All pets must be kept on a leash when outside and cleaned up after at all times. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out!

• Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. At least one guest aged 25+ must be present on-site for the entire stay, from check-in through check-out. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon request after booking to verify compliance with this policy.
