Enjoy the relaxing backyard with a pool . Conveniently located near Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe Town Lake, Papago park, and a short drive from downtown Phoenix. There is plenty of fun to be had inside with the billiards table and dart setup. Brand new spacious kitchen that is stocked to assist in any meals you may want to make.My favorite aspect of the house is being able to walk out the front door and soon connect up with miles of trails for hiking or biking throughout Evelyn Hallman Park and the surrounding Papago park area(This is a great spot to take the dog out for a nice walk especially around sunset!).

We loved this property. My son goes to college nearby, so we will be back. My sons and their friends loved the pool, the pool table and the dart board. Fun place for college kids. The location is central and close to great restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay. It was just as comfortable as being at home. Loved being able to sit outside by the pool. Host was very responsive. It was easy to get to where we needed to go and had lots of great places near by. We will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a wonderful stay with our two little dogs. We were visiting family and appreciated the well appointed kitchen so that we could cook a couple dishes to take to the Thanksgiving dinner. We fully enjoyed the pool table and close location to Papago Park for walks.

Perfect for us

Some college friends and I stayed here for the Mesa marathon and assorted fun. It was perfectly located, with all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and the house was clean and well maintained. It's a great place for a Phoenix stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay. 10 minutes to ASU, Botanical Garden and Tempe downtown. House is nice and clean. We didn't use the pool but it looks nice.

Great Home

Beautiful home in a great location, has everything you need and more. Located close to anything that you could need, stores, food, outdoor activities, ASU. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit.

We came to swim as much as possible and were met with disappointment. The pool was dirty and it was freezing cold! Host was accommodating, but didn't offer any kind of discount for our inconvenience, then charged for a late check out

I’m sorry to hear you had such a negative stay and would like to respond to your concerns. Per our communications during your stay, I was under the impression that the pool issue was resolved from your perspective because the pool service immediately cleaned the bits of debris that had blown in the pool due to recent wind storm, shared pictures with me, and the pool was clean. The pool is not listed as a heated pool and it can get fairly cold in January, thus the pool temperature is typically a bit cool for a winter swim. Late check out is always free and you were not charged for that. There was a request for the pet fee that should have been included up front, but wasn't included in the initial charge because the dog was not listed on your initial reservation.

Location location location!

My family of four and our dog stayed 3 nights. The neighborhood is in a great location surrounded by Papago Park, great restaurants, lots of shopping, and close to freeway for easy traveling. The pool table and darts were really fun. The private pool was wonderful! We had a great stay!

Great get away

Taking our son to ASU this was a perfect spot close enough yet for enough to give him some space. We were able to enjoy the pool play billiards as well as darts all in the nice air conditioning
