Located in the desirable rustic gated resort community of Palisades Park Country Club is a cozy, treetop, quiet, and private cottage getaway situated a few minutes walk from Lake Michigan and its beaches, swimming, sand, and beautiful sunsets. The cottage is 15 minutes south of South Haven, Michigan.

Your canine babies are welcome to join the fun too! (pet fee applies, two dog maximum).

INSIDE THE HOME:

What sets this ranch style cottage apart from others in the area is its privacy and accessibility to the lake.

You can find several beaches a short walk away. Surrounded by mature trees, enjoy your coffee or meal on the expansive deck which allows you to feel like you are a world away from your hectic life.


The main open concept living area has ample seating, skylights, fireplace, kitchen, large dining table for everyone to gather around. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There is a smart TV and WiFi. The sunroom is well stocked with many games, cards, and a game table.

Fresh linens and a great night's rest await you in one of the three bedrooms. The full bath has a sky light. This is just one of the many windows in the cottage that allow the sun to shine in!

There is a washer and dryer available in the cottage for your use.

SLEEPING:

This vacation home sleeps 10 comfortably.

Main bedroom has a queen size bed and a sliding glass door to the deck.
Second bedroom has two twin beds, and its own half bath.
Third bedroom has a set of bunk beds.
Common Area has 2 sleeper sofa's that will sleep 2 each

OUTDOOR SPACE

There is a large deck to relax on surrounded by mature oak trees. On the deck is a propane BBQ.
Parking for three cars with more around the corner.
Guests are allowed to use the golf cart to explore the wonders of Palisades Park. Maybe take a ride to the sand dune or to the soda bar. Take your family to play tennis on one of seven courts, pickleball, or bocce ball! The possibilities for outdoor fun are endless.
Guests also have use of two kayaks.

LOCATION

Within the 600 acres of Palisades Park Country Club are clustered 200 cottages and undeveloped diverse woodlands and dunes for you to explore on miles of hiking trails.

Along Palisades mile long lake Michigan frontage are areas for swimming, kayaking, sitting, playing, or simply strolling along the boardwalk.


Visit the Soda Bar for snacks or ice cream.


The town of South Haven has charming shops, restaurants and boat harbor to explore and enjoy. It is also a short ride to seasonal strawberry, blueberry, peach, or apple picking. For the golfer there are many nearby golf courses.
