New first floor gulf & beach front, ocean, pool, wi-fi BBQ pet friendly, 2br2ba

Every unit in Sugar Beach is going through a form of construction. This type work is going on at many condos not only locally but the entire state of Fl. Building One where my unit is located is scheduled to complete the process early March. There may be an issue parking near the building. Presently the first available space is about 9 from the closest spot to us; so no long walk but this could get better as time goes forward. There will be workers and noise at other buildings until the process is complete. I have adjusted my rates so you can take advantage of this situation as I prefer to be up front as you understand there will be more noise than usual . Now to tell you about my great condo. The condo has been gutted and welcomes you to enjoy a 2 bedroom unit like no other at Sugar Beach. If you enjoy cooking, this is the unit for you. Our new bathrooms will spoil you. Our beds are so comfortable we get texts from previous guests asking for the name. There are no steps to drag that luggage to the wonderful gulf front unit. Only a short walk (less than 100 steps) to grill, pool, club house and beach entrance. Bring your 2 pets after approval from owner. Nearby restaurants and fun things to do. If you would care to rent our condo please supply a copy of your drivers license with current address and a list of names and ages of anyone that will be on the property, email and cell and signed copy of rules/regulations that will be emailed. Considered late after 24 hours. Reservation will not be honored after this time.
There is a registration fee for autos and additional if you have pets.
Our keyless lock has a camera. You’ll be provided a link through a text message to use or you can use a door code each time you enter also provided by text.
