Welcome to La Bella Vita, trailside accommodations for adventures in all seasons! Stowe is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts.

Activities include skiing (alpine/cross country), snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, biking (road/mountain), golf, tennis, and swimming (in a local body of water or our outdoor pool-which is the largest in Stowe!)

Stowe Mountain Resort is the premier ski destination on the East Coast. The Toll House chair lift to Mount Mansfield is 50 yards from the front door.*

Townhouse has four bedrooms, two baths, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer, and complimentary parking. The living room is comfortable and expansive with exposed beams, a soaring ceiling, an entire wall of windows, a 75” smart TV with sound system, and a cozy fireplace. The unit is on multiple levels, so there are opportunities to find your own area to relax. High-speed internet throughout the house, TVs in every bedroom with cable and roku boxes or smart TV capabilities. There are also many books to read (children's too) and board and card games to play. One bedroom has a desk and chair for teleworking. We provide private ski closets for your gear and boot dryers for toasty feet.

This family home has been enjoyed and loved by four generations over three decades. It has been recently renovated and updated. We added thoughtful touches and custom local art.

Newly renovated private townhouse nestled amongst the trees adjacent to the Toll Road and Toll House lift. Amazing ski-in/ski-out location. Toll House lift connects to the resort's other trails and lifts, easy trails bring you back to the house, ride the convenient shuttle or drive 2 miles to the resort and other lifts.

Mount Mansfield in Stowe, VT is the premier east coast destination for skiers and snow boarders. It is the highest peak in Vermont with trail options ranging from easy greens to double black diamonds including Stowe's legendary "front four". The cross country ski center is just below the townhouse. Other winter recreation activities include, snowshoeing, hiking, ice skating, dog sled rides, snow machine tours, sleigh and carriage rides and more!

During the Summer, relax by the gardens at our beautifully landscaped pool, which is the largest pool in Stowe! Pool amenities include: tables with umbrellas and chairs, chaises, bbq grill and bathrooms.

Fall brings cooler weather and gorgeous fall foliage colors. Drive up the Toll Road, through the notch, or take a Gondola Sky Ride for amazing views.

Spring, Summer and Fall also offer an abundance of outdoor activities. Hike and bike on over 50 miles of trails accessed directly from the townhouse. Just a few minutes up the road is the Notch and Mount Mansfield State Forrest. Down the road is the Stowe Rec Path and the village. Play golf, tennis, disc golf, go bowling, climbing, swim in the pool, nearby swimming holes and reservoirs, canoe, kayak, paddle board or fish. Visit a spa, take a yoga class. Even ride in a hot air balloon!

Stowe has many options for shopping, eating, drinking craft beverages, visiting museums, theaters, galleries, farmers markets and more.

A paradise for the outdoor adventurer and for just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings, fresh air, great food, great drinks and great people in all seasons!

Don't deal with parking and traffic getting to the mountain! The Toll House Double lift is 50 yards from the front door for your ski in/ ski out vacations (take the path across the drive and ski straight to the lift). Optional shuttle stop right across from the turn into the Toll Road parking lot (which contains the entrance to the Townhouse's private drive) if want to go to the Stowe Mountain Resort outside of the lift operating hours. Two trails are available to ski back to townhouse (snow conditions permitting) the easy greens Toll Road and Stowe Derby Trail.

If you choose to drive, the resort and other lifts are minutes up the road.

*The Toll House lift is weather dependent, however the complimentary town shuttle runs regularly up and down the mountain road and townhouses are just off the road.

The Stowe Derby trail is approximately 20 yards away. This trail is an option to ski home (snow conditions dependent) but you will need to use the Toll Road to return to lift. (The Derby trail also leads to the cross country center where there is shuttle access back to the Toll Road/Toll House Lift or further up the mountain road to the resort. 

In Summer & Fall, the Derby Trail accesses numerous mountain bike trails and links to Trapp Family Lodge’s trail network.
