Air quality

Had to go to bed bath and beyond for air deodorizers as there was an overwelming smell of cat urine when we arrived...Other than that,i would give them an A+ rating...Quiet area and apartment was vey clean and up to date.

Nice location for CHI & Baxter Arena. Very clean. Wish there were more details about checkout. Lots of places we’ve stayed have specifics on either loading dishwasher and/or taking linens off and starting a load of laundry. No direction on that aspect. Parking is very limited. First night other party parked so we could park in the back too. 2nd night those people parked the opposite direction. I would suggest owners mark the parking with painted lines to clarify the parking area for everyone staying at the location. Would stay again & recommend to others!
