The accommodations were perfect for our 5 night stay. The location is footsteps from excellent restaurants and shops in Old Market. We also did our share of cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We appreciated having some items in the kitchen and bathroom that many other vacation rentals won’t include like snacks and toiletries. The free parking in the garage was convenient. Communication with property management was easy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Omaha.

Check in- the email had all wrong door codes and it wasn't clear the you had to text when you got there to get updated codes. Waited outside the door for a bit in the cold! Otherwise the space was great and clean. There are loud bars beneath the rental, but they even provide ear plugs!!

There was a technical issue on VRBO’s end where updated door codes didn’t sync properly after being edited. That’s not typical, and we understand how inconvenient it was to have to reach out. As soon as you contacted us, we responded within a few minutes with the correct codes, and our team is always readily available if anything like this comes up. We also appreciate you mentioning the lively downtown setting; being in such a walkable area does come with some nearby nightlife, and we’re glad the provided earplugs helped make your stay more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the space worked well for our group. The property was clean, the access instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the beds were very comfortable.There were a few minor things that could improve the experience, mainly in the kitchen. It was missing some basic cooking items such as a mixing bowl, liquid measuring cup, and a standard set of measuring cups. There were also very limited linens available for the kitchen and bathrooms, with only a couple dish towels and a small number of washcloths provided for a group of 5.We did experience a maintenance issue during our stay, but the property manager was very responsive and quick to arrange assistance, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, our interaction with the maintenance staff was not as positive. The individual who responded came across as abrasive and dismissive, and the communication during the visit felt unnecessarily accusatory rather than solution focused.That aside, the condo itself was nice, comfortable, and fit our needs well overall.

Old Market stay

We were in town for a wedding reception and this location was great for us- close to the airport, easy access to the interstate, and within easy walking distance to restaurants. The building is secure and the residents we met were very friendly.

Some friends and I were seeing concerts at the Steelhouse on back to back days and seeing a Creighton baseball game on the 3rd day. This place was perfect to walk to both locations and had plenty of great food options in the area.

This condo was perfect. Exactly as listed. My daughter and I had a great stay in Omaha. The location was the best! Walking distance to so much. It was Saint Paddy’s day weekend, and there just happen to be an Irish bar right across the street. We had everything we needed. Checking in and out was super simple and the host was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Old Market Perfect Stay

We were in town for a wedding at the Diamond Room and the location of this place was just perfect with restaurants and bars right at our doorstep. Old Market is very eclectic and with that came great restaurants, bars, and boutiques. We didn't have a car which was fine for in-town so didn't use the parking. Right outside the door is the new park and less than 2 mi to the Kerry footbridge to Iowa - a definite for night time! Very walkable. (Sidebar: a car is good to have to take in the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Durham Museum and Boys Town which we tagged along with others). Plenty of paid street parking if you have extra vehicles. The place was great with plenty of living space. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and bathroom large. High ceilings with lots of light and full of character. We were on the 2nd floor overlooking Harney St with lots of action but not noisy and quiet for sleeping. Overall a great place in a perfect location and would recommend staying. We initially were planning with 7 people but ended up with 5 but could certainly take more. Host responded when we had questions. Check out Kitchen Table around the corner for great sandwiches and street corn; Twisted Fork for salmon over grilled romaine; just to name a couple. So many places for a drink too! Would definitely stay here again.
