Charmantes 4B/2B nahe Cambrian - Arbeits- oder Urlaubsbereit!

Dear Joseph, We are truly sorry to read your review and regret that your stay did not meet the high standards we have established, which are consistently reflected in our numerous 5-star ratings. We sincerely apologize for the unacceptable issues you encountered, specifically the presence of pests in the bathroom and the unsatisfactory condition of the front yard. Our biggest disappointment is that we were never contacted about these problems while you were on site. The only thing you asked us is to provide 2 AAA batteries for your TV remote. I came in less than 30 minutes and gave you 4... We take guest comfort seriously, and we always strive to correct any issue immediately. Had we been notified, we would have instantly deployed our pest control team and landscapers to ensure the remainder of your stay was comfortable. Since receiving this feedback, we have taken immediate, verifiable action: Pest Control: We have engaged professional exterminators for a thorough inspection and preventative treatment of the property, focusing on eliminating all entry points. Landscaping: We are adjusting our landscaping service schedule to ensure the exterior of the property is impeccably maintained at all times, especially during the peak growing season, to prevent overgrown areas. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention, even post-stay, as we are dedicated to correcting any shortcomings and maintaining our track record of five-star guest experiences. Sincerely, Tuan
