We enjoyed staying at this unit for 5 nights while our daughter played in the National Volleyball Championships at the Orange County Convention center. The drive with traffic was a solid 30 minutes, but we enjoyed having plenty of space, a full kitchen, private pool, and wonderful community amenities like lazy river, slides, and pool. Joel the host was extremely communicstive. I did not love that the unit had carpet in the bedrooms, but we thankfully had brought house shoes. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and my kids loved the themed rooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place was lovely and perfect for our week stay in Orlando to see family and friends and head to the parks. The host was amazing and was so quick to answer any questions I had about not only the property but the area. They also went above and beyond and bought a desk and chair for my husband to work at during the week. The house was perfect for a family and also for a small group! Very close to the main pool and water slide and so close to Disney parks! Only issue was a day or two of small minor internet issues but the host corrected it as soon as I reached out!! I highly recommend for a stay!!

Wonderful stay

We had a group of three moms and daughters that stayed here for the AAU National Volleyball tournament. We had plenty of room and were able to make all of our meals here which was great. Definitely enjoyed the community pool and lazy river. Communication with the owner was instant and he addressed every question quickly. Would stay here again!

Easy Disney Vacation Getaway

Beautiful property with lots of room and super easy to get to Disney. There were so many food and shopping options close by and the area was very convenient for our trip. We loved the house and had so much room to spread out. Host was very responsive and no major issues. We will definitely flag this house for future trips. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

We cannot recommend this property enough. The owners are fantastic and on top of everything. Very quick to respond or address any issues. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The location is great for all attractions and the community pool is awesome. If you want a hassle free affordable Disney vacation, this is the way to go. This was a 5 star stay. Everything was as described and more. Joel made contact as soon as I completed the reservation. He also checked on us many times to make sure we didn’t need anything. He Made sure I understood the property and associated amenities. The condo itself is large and spacious with a pool, 4 bedrooms (which are decorated perfectly for the kids), 3 bathrooms and a large dining, living and kitchen area to hang out together as a family. The condo was very clean in all areas. The unknowns were complimentary coffee and bathroom amenities and a washing machine. On top of all of this is the location is central and very quiet. The resort has a great clubhouse, workout room, walking trails, lazy river and slides with a large pool with lots of food and beverage options. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. Thank You, Steve and Evette and Eric Jr.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The rooms, kitchen, and overall space were perfect for our family and our kids enjoyed the themed rooms to sleep in. The location was super convenient to all Disney World parks as well as close to stores and restaurants. We loved the pool and were able to enjoy it multiple times during our stay! We only had one hiccup - the HVAC system was leaking when we first arrived but that was resolved within 24 hours and did not impact our stay at all. The host was helpful and responsive. Overall, a great place to stay and we would stay there again!

Excellent Near Disney Stay

We took our family for a few days at Disney and loved this condo. Fun Disney themed rooms, well-equipped kitchen, nice gathering space and lovely plunging pool safely gated for children. The walking trails were so nice and the neighborhood pool with lazy river, mini golf, splash pad and water slide were a huge hit! Close convenient groceries and a quick 7 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom made this location for our magical adventure a dream. We had just one small issue with our keypad door lock, but our host had someone out right away and all was well! Great stay! We will be back.

Loved it!

This property was great! Great location! 5 min from walmart and target. Very clean! Had all the basic cooking ware you needed. Owner was very responsive. Our only issue that was a little frustrating was the wifi did not work very well and we would have to reconnect constantly on our device. Or we would be connected and our device wouldnt work while connected. Other than that, love the place and would definitely stay there again..

A story book stay…

We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and the property was perfect! The boys stayed in the Toy Story room and the girls chose the Harry Potter Room. One couple in the upstairs room and one couple in the downstairs room. Kitchen island was perfect to gather round and have some pizzas after a long day at the park. Kids enjoyed the screened in private pool while the moms and dads enjoyed some beers. Communication was amazing with the owner, he even told me what channel the game was on! Great property, great owner and great price. Stop thinking about it and book it!

FILTHY!!! Dirty, gross and deteriorated. This place needs TLC from ceiling to floors. Carpets are gross. Stay away from this place, toilet tissue holders and towel holders loose. Washer smelled like rotten water. I have way more pictures but the review only allows 8. DO NOT BOOK!! Entrance gates are always open, anyone can go in. Not enough security, my QR was never scanned.

Jennifer, The review does not represent how the house was when you checked in. We offered to send a cleaning crew right away you contacted us and you refused to accept it. If there was any issues, we would have been more than happy to address them for you. Thanks for letting us know about the security gates. We will pass that information along to the Community association.
