This home is located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood convenient to shopping, entertainment and more. 4 bedroom (queen size beds) and two full bathrooms with all you need to have an amazing stay.
All the mattresses are pillow top queen side to have a great quality sleep.

Spacious kitchen, fully stocked and set-up with high-end stainless steel appliances, a big dining table is set in the open living / and a breakfast-table at the kitchen area to enjoy meals with your family.
Open floor plan living area with one comfortable sofa and 65" UHD SMART 4K TV with Netflix and other free apps to enjoy quality time with your family or friends.
Very nice neighborhood, many stores and restaurants nearby.
We are located less than a mile from the American River , kayak rentals, bike rentals and more.
Guest access
Guest have access to the whole house. (Garage is not available for parking)

- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- Please try to utilize the parking spaces in front of my house.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest for security reasons
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a fee).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a camera at the front and back for security reason.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
