A Stunning Private 11 bedrooms Super Villa

Welcome to Project Paradise! This stunning property combines the exclusivity and privacy of a large villa with the amenities and comforts of a hotel. Located just 2 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cabarete and just 5 minutes from the party town of Sosua, this super villa was designed to give our guests a spot where they can both party and chill.

THE PROPERTY:
When your group books Project Paradise, you have the property to yourself. Your private resort. Your paradise. Your people. We are guest friendly.

BEDROOMS:
A total of 11 bedrooms. 10 are equipped with one king-size bed each and one bedroom with two twin-sized beds. All bedrooms with AC, and a FAN. A total of ten en-suite bathrooms and two full bathrooms are shared. Daily maid service is included, as well as electricity.

GAME ROOM:
Wide space to have fun with your friends and/or family. A/C, Ceiling fans, BIG flat-screen Smart TV, Billiard, Foosball, full-size bar, portable Bluetooth speaker, plenty of comfortable seating space, and a shared bathroom.

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR CHILL SPACES:
Both of these spaces are at the heart of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use.

THE BARS:
A complimentary bartender is included for groups of 10 or more guests. The bars are fully stocked and guests are welcome to get the all-you-can-drink option or provide their own liquor.

THE TIKI HUT:
This is where guests eat and lounge. Located right next to the outside bar, the hut has seating for up to 20 people as filled out with lounge chairs and a large dining table.

THE LOFT:
Located on the second floor, the loft has another awesome indoor space equipped with a comfy sofa, a lounge area, and a big-screen TV to watch the game or catch a movie on Netflix.

THE KITCHEN:
We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all inclusive packages and great prices. Guests can also choose to cook for themselves.

WIFI:
We know how important it is these days to stay connected. There is HIGH BANDWITH-HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the property.

MASSAGE:
Take advantage of our in-house massage services. Discount rates on group packages are available.

SECURITY/ ELECTRICITY: There is 24/7 security and a backup generator that powers the entire facility including the AC's if needed.
