A private entrance and foyer welcomes you upstairs into a huge great room with cathedral ceilings, lots of natural light and open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen! Step outside, sit back and relax on the large L shaped front veranda to enjoy the sun and ocean breeze, or retreat to the big rooftop deck with panoramic views of Ocean City! This condo has TWO roomy master suites with en suite bathrooms. Additionally there are two spacious bedrooms, another full bath and a washer & dryer. One of the master suites and a hallway bedroom share access to a side balcony with partial view of the ocean. This unit includes a sizable one car garage with one off-street parking spot, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower.

Whether you choose to stay inside or enjoy the outdoors, you have many options for a fun and relaxing shore vacation with your family without having to drive anywhere from where this condo is located! It is equipped with 5 high-definition TVs with cable (in each bedroom and the great room), wifi, a variety of board games and books for all ages. Beach tags, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach cart in the garage are also available to guests of The Seabreeze Veranda.

Walk across the street to savor deliciously cool treats at Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream Shack, or brunch around the corner at Uncle Bill’s Pancake House or simply replenish at Blitz’s Market! Then stroll less than five minutes to the vast beach along Ocean City's Gold Coast, at the quiet end of the boardwalk. For a more vibrant scene, just walk a few blocks to explore the many restaurants, shops and entertainment at the lively Ocean City Boardwalk!

Please note, like the majority of Ocean City, New Jersey rentals, we do not provide any bed linens, bathroom linens nor beach towels. You may bring your own or you can contact one of the many linen service companies in Ocean City that will deliver and pick up at your convenience. You are responsible for this service, so we strongly encourage you to make arrangements as soon as you book your rental.

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay at THE SEABREEZE VERANDA. We are also equally committed to our neighbors and our community. Below is an overview of the house and community rules that we must enforce. Please read them, as well as all your guests, prior to arrival.

-MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK THIS PLACE IS 30 YEARS OLD. Upon booking a valid Government photo ID will be required from the primary renter, as well as the names and ages of all your guests.

-During peak season (Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend) check-in days are Saturday or Sunday only. And check-out is Friday or Saturday only.

-MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS is 10.

-NO PETS.

-STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.

-NO SMOKING in the unit, balconies or common areas.

-NOISE ORDINANCE - Please be considerate and keep noise, music and speech at normal conversational level at all times.

-IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY TO PERFORM NECESSARY REPAIRS AND/OR MAINTENANCE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOTIFY YOU AND APPOINT ONE OF OUR REPRESENTATIVES ENTER THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
