This apartment is wonderful! Great location and set up very well for our larger group. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Check in, arrival verification and check out were very easy and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well, I greatly appreciated the videos which helps us access the building. We would definitely stay again when we return to Rome.

This was a spare and utilitarian place with the basics needed to get out to see Rome. Our group of six wished there was a living room for only about two seconds because we found ourselves in the middle of the sights and activities of the beautiful city center. The rooms were clean and the en suite bathrooms were appreciated. We didn’t use the kitchen other than to make coffee (provided) but it was well equipped. We appreciated the bedroom air conditioning splits even in October. Place was clean and well stocked. So, not fancy, but meets needs just fine. Where this place truly shines is in the absolute brilliance of its location! Step outside? Everything is a walkable distance. I personally loved the proximity to the high end shopping. Our companions absolutely loved being able to amble to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and other sites. Lots of killer restaurants from right outside the door to the nearby streets, Very vibrant location and for that alone, is worth the stay. Hosts were super-responsive and the place was well stocked so we never needed a thing during our stay.

Perfect location, great setup for a groupThe location couldn't be better. You're steps from the Spanish Steps, with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and close to almost everything else. Getting into the building was easy: it's one flight of stairs, and there's also an elevator. It's rare to find a 3-bedroom place where every bedroom has a king bed. That worked perfectly for our group of six, and they were able to add a rollaway in one room. The beds were comfortable, which isn't always the case in Europe.A few things to know before booking:    •    There's no living room. The apartment is three bedrooms plus a kitchen, which has a table and a TV. We were out exploring most of the time, so it didn't matter much for us, but it's not a place for lounging together.    •    There's a washer but no dryer, even though the listing made it sound like there was one.    •    Two of us sharing a bed in one bedroom got bites on our lower legs during the stay. We let the host know, and they responded quickly and changed the sheets. The host told us this had never happened there before, and the other rooms had no issues.Overall, a great base for exploring Rome, and we'd recommend it, especially for groups.

This apartment was great. Amazing location in the middle of high-end shopping and plenty of restaurants. Spanish Steps and Trevi are so close. Very rare three King beds and three bathrooms which worked out perfect for my wife and I with two kids (25yr and 13 yr old)...

Great home away from home in Rome!

We stayed for 3 nights at the property and it was a very comfortable apartment in a great location. We literally walked to everything and there were tons of excellent restaurants and cafes within steps or a 5 min walk from the apartment. We had a small plumbing issue but Sara, our host, was very quick and efficient to respond. We would definitely make a return visit in the future!

Perfect place

It was the perfect place. We did several day trips and always looked forward to coming “home” every day. Each child had their own room AND bathroom. The rooms were large and comfortable. It had everything anyone could need. Quiet and secure. And the location was perfect. Just a short walk to the metro. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better place to stay.

Rome getaway

Property was as posted. Apartment was clean and everything was there that was needed for a perfect 3 day stay in Rome. It is in a perfect location, right in the center of restaurants and shops. Short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Colosseum a bit of a walk but doable. Can’t wait to come back.

Roma Perfection

My adult children and I loved staying in this well appointed apartment. It was in a great location for walking the City. We ended the day around the table playing cards, recapping our adventures, and making memories. Which isn't that what a vacation is really about?

Almost perfect stay

The location is fantastic walking distance to Trevi fountain, spanish steps, Colosseum and many eateries and shops. Host also help arranged ground transfers from/to airports/ports. The only downside to our stay is that one of the showers are leaking water downstairs to restaurant and it wasn't usable for the stay even though the host says that they will send someone to fix it the next morning. But overall, it was a nice stay.
