This home is a duplex and a listing for Unit A. This cozy duplex is separated by a wall and has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is only a short drive to Ocean View Beach. Fully furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. Perfect for a group of friends or small families!

Our home was completely remodeled a few months ago. Everything in the house has been replaced. This includes the following:

1. New heating and cooling system, New roof, New kitchen and full-size appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, and washer and dryer.

2. It is fully furnished and includes two bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom upstairs.

3. A large TV in the living room.

4. Dishes and pots, pans for cooking, Silverware, glasses, Coffee and tea, water, trash bags, Bath towels, and bed linens for each bedroom.

Unit A has been completely redone and offers several modern amenities, including:

1. A new water heater that provides hot running water and cold water.

2. An open living area with full-size kitchen appliances- stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, there is a washer and dryer for guest convenience. Fully furnished living room area with a large screen TV.

3. Two bedrooms upstairs with queen-size beds and one bathroom with a shower and tub, and the other usual bathroom fixtures.

4. Towels and sheets are included.

5. A new heat pump that provides heating and cooling.

6. There are steps leading to the front door.

7. We offer a self-check-in electronic lock. A code will be provided to guests before the check-in day.

8. Parking: We offer free parking on the side of the house, and the parking areas are marked for each unit A and B.

9. No pets. We'd like to ask guests to refrain from bringing pets. If an animal is a registered service pet, proper documentation will need to be presented before check-in.

10. We are available to offer assistance when notified; otherwise, guests are left alone to enjoy their stay.

11. Our home is within walking distance of the Chesapeake Bay Beaches. Beach Access is across the street. There are other lovely spots for beachgoers within a short drive away, such as near the Fishing Pier down the street. This provides guests with an excellent opportunity to explore the area.
