Guest access
Guests will have access to the full private condo as well as all of the resort facilities and amenities. The unit itself comes complete with multiple flatscreen smart TVs, a king bed, a sleeper gel memory foam sofa (on a brand new leather couch), a dining table, full kitchen, full bathroom, iron board, hair dryer, cooking utensils, beach chairs, and plentiful closet space.

The resort has: paid washer/dryer, valet parking, two heated pools, a movie theater, two workout gyms, beach access, an on-site cafe (with delivery anywhere on the premises), gazebo, etc.

There are some check-in fees paid directly to the building:

Key fobs grant electronic access key for building and amenities and are required for purchase of $30. Key fobs are necessary per 2 people, 14 years of age or older.

Up to 7 Days: $100
8-14 Days: $125
15-21 Days: $150
22-31 Days: $175

Chair/umbrella beachside rental vouchers available at front desk for $25 / day: go to receiving office and purchase ticket/voucher. Hand to beach chair person outside for chair and umbrella for the day.

Parking is $20 daily with unlimited in and out access with a validated ticket, overnight rate is $40
Daily rate only applies if longer duration not selected.

Each parking tag requires a $20 refundable deposit that needs to be collected prior to departure.
