Great view! House is in ok condition, but you’re really paying for the amazing view. One bedroom is very small and would be perfect for small kids. Well stocked kitchen was so nice to cook your catch if you went fishing/crabbing!

This place is amazing. We have been on a 3 Week Rd. trip and we chose to be able to take a few days and stop and just relax. This place was amazing and just listening to the waves and the ability to just relax was such a gift. The sunsets were amazing. Every day is completely different and it is very private. We loved every single minute of staying at this space.

Such a great bungalow. Great trail about 200 yards down the road where we take our bikes onto the beach & ride. The deck is amazing & we spend tons of time enjoying the sunrise, sunset & moonrise while listening to the ocean. Clean & conveniently located to tons of activities. Love the new convenient texts tell you where to find live music or local markets taking place.

Beautiful view..outside firepit..kitchen well stocked..relaxing!! Wish there was access to the beach...but the wind decided for us to just enjoy the view!!

Great Little Property

I enjoyed everything and the proximity to the ocean. I wish there was beach access on the property, a dishwasher, and laundry. These things would make it a perfect property. We enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was immaculate, check-in easy, view amazing, decor minimalist but cozy, well equipped, bed and furniture comfy! My new happy place for future getaways!

Peaceful

This was a perfect place for our trip! So beautiful inside and out. The only downfall was not having beach access right off of the property but it was only about one mile away to the closest and it was great.

I'm sorry to say, I was disappointed. Outside,the lawn around the cottage was not mowed. It looks very unkept. There is a large bush in the backyard that blocks a big part of the view of the ocean. It should be removed. The deck is rotting. The unit itself needs to be updated. Some newer more comfortable furniture, at the least, would be a nice addition, and the particle board table that had a large hole in the top, needs to be replaced. There was rust on the baseboard heat vents, and rust in the freezing compartment of the small refrigerator. The bed in the main bedroom looked inviting, but sloped in the center. Things were not in good condition, and the place felt flimsy.It was not worth the amount that was charged per night.

Amazing view!

Loved being so close to ocean. Comfortable beds. Close to Newport. Nice t.v. kitchen had lots of pots and pans to cook meals. Loved sitting on deck looking at ocean.

The place was pretty dirty when we arrived, visible urine under the beds that wasnt from my dogs as I saw it there when we 1st arrived, and when I cleaned it up myself, the floors were very filthy. The view was nice, and amenities were alright. Could improve adding a dishwasher and some "dog towels" to use to clean up dog paws, or have an entrance rug and the back sliding door. All interactions with the host were good.
