This multi-floor fully renovated inside and out home boasts 6 beds downstairs and an additional queen murphy upstairs which is perfect for larger groups. All bedrooms are also equipped with Roku Smart TVs in each room with access to You Tube Live TV. Bring your usernames and passwords to log into Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, Roku TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix and cable streaming service to keep you entertained throughout the house.

✔ There's plenty of room to sleep 10 guests comfortably in beds decorated with luxurious linens and 3 separate doors that go to the outdoor open views of the lake. Full size washer & dryer is also conveniently located on first floor by bedrooms. All rooms but the bunk rooms have ceiling fans. The bunk room also doubles as a game room, with Pacman & Mortal Combat arcade games, along with additional traditional and nontraditional games provided for endless entertainment.

Bunk room with 4 beds, space and games. En suite full bathroom with shower. This room also has a swivel TV and 2 arcade games- Mortal Combat & Pacman. If you can beat the Pacman high score- text us and we will refund you $50! There are additional indoor/outdoor and card games in this closet.

♛ BED 7 "THE MURPHY BED"
This is located in the living room with a QR code on how to put together. The sheets and comforter for the Murphy are located in the downstairs bathroom closet.

This renovated open floor plan gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops and is well appointed with all the necessities you may need. The kitchen has all new refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, range, microwave, stainless sink, kitchen faucet, and new disposal so you shouldn’t have any issues during your stay. Main living and kitchen also have vaulted / cathedral ceilings to open the space. A full bathroom with shower is located at the top of the stairs for convenience and accessibility to guests on the upper floors. There is also a charcoal grill and gas grill on the upper deck.

This house provides plenty of seating for all your family and friends both indoor and outdoor. The dining table comfortable seats 8 people and there are four barstools at the counter for additional seating. On the outside upper deck, the long round eucalyptus outdoor dining table seats 8 as is also equipped with a built in lazy Susan to create a perfect patio dining area, or even to be used for game night. There is also additional seating on the downstairs patio as well.

The home has spectacular views of the lake from almost any room and offers both indoor and outdoor living.

✔ You can jump right into the lake from the deck beside your private boat / fishing dock. Bring your fishing poles, floats, kayak, canoe, wakeboard, or skis, and your boat! The dock has 1 covered boat lift. If you bring your boat- you are minutes away from Margaritaville hotel where you can park your boat and hop in for a Marg or even go down one of their waterslides.

✔ Fishing is excellent right off the boat dock as Lake Conroe features some of the best fishing in the country. Bring your fishing gear, lake toys and lake towels. Dock your rental or owned boat at your back door.

✔ Spring, summer, fall or winter, the lake is a perfect place to be. Even sitting on the deck in a rain shower can be perfect. If you find you want to explore beyond the lake, there are many activities in the surrounding communities as you can see when you scroll through the photos.
