Thanks for the kind words Jeffrey! We used to book vacation rentals for work across the country and I tried to bring the best parts of all of my favorite stays under one roof. That’s why we have over 100 amenities and more space for larger groups! Hated renting a huge property with a 6 person patio and 6 person dining table inside lol I think we’re the only ones with multiple expandable tables in the garage so you can turn the dining table or patio into a large dining area to fit the whole group!

Everything was perfect for our group staying here. We had 6 families with kids traveling for a baseball trip. The boys loved the game rooms and the pool. We were also able to have a very low key team building get together for the athletes to play and swim together for a few house on one of the nights

It was wonderful hosting your team and the 6 baseball families! It’s always great knowing young athletes are at the house because I know there are so many ways to compete and have fun for them while they’re here. The home was really built with them in mind because growing up playing sports inspired me to make this house perfect for traveling teams and we tried to equip it with everything including the full gym and being near a national park really helps for any necessary trainings to be convenient and even accessible and walking distance away!

The host and property were great. The host was quicky responsive to questions and needs of our group. Coming from California to Phoenix heat was expected to be a challenge, but the host made sure the house was kept cool during our entire stay. Even when the house filled with people, we were still kept cool. This property is very family-friendly.

Rashad was an excellent host. We had a few questions and he answered them immediately. The outside of the property was very, very nice. It had a great covered patio with a TV. The pool with the slide going into it was a hit with the grandchildren as was the pool volleyball net. The pool water and hot tub was a great temperature for our little ones. We had a lot of room inside the house to all spread out and get a good nice sleep. The inside could use a little love in some areas but all in all it was OK. We had a great time and would surely rent this place again.

If I could I would rate this home as a 4.5 only because there are some maintenance issues that need taken care of. A new basketball net is needed, tiles replaced on the hot tub and slide, a dripping shower head, just small stuff. Overall it was a great stay with plenty of outdoor space. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub. We did not use the gaming space at all but used all other spaces. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked which we appreciated as we cooked all of our meals there. There was a great park close, a 10 minute walk I would book again if going to Phoenix.

Awesome Property

Golf Trip

We had a wonderful stay and Rashad was great! The location was perfect for our golf trip and the house had more than enough room to accommodate all 15 guests in our group. The grill, pool, and outdoor patio + TV were a huge plus for us as well. Highly recommend this stay to any large groups visiting the Phoenix area!

June Vacation

Overall the house accommodated our large group of 19 people. The upgrade on this older house made it more modern. Very kid friendly with the video game room and pool.

Great stay

We traveled from California to celebrate my daughters birthday who turned 4. Family from CA traveled with us and family and friends from AZ also came to celebrate with us. This place has plenty of space to accommodate all of us and the host was prompt to reply and make sure our stay was comfortable. I would definitely come back in the future!

Great place for all ages!

Spacious and well appointed home with an awesome pool and backyard area. Great outdoor grilling/eating space and with small kids we especially appreciated the fence around the pool. The water slide is a highlight for all ages. The owner was super responsive and helpful, great all around experience!

Friendly Host Makes a Difference

Rashad was fantastic and always available when we needed to ask questions or ask for suggestions. The house was percect for our family reunion and the heated pool made the evening fun - even in January. Thank you so much for your kindness and availability.

Excellent home and host!

Rashad was an incredible host. He contacted me months before the actual stay and was very responsive to questions I had during the stay. The home was spectacular. Very spacious, beautiful backyard and plenty of entertainment for the teens and adults. Plenty of beds with lots of space. Our family did not feeling crammed whatsoever during the stay. Thank you so much Rashad for allowing my family to enjoy your home :)

Spring break

It was fabulous! Owner responded quickly with any questions. Having everything labeled In the kitchen was awesome. He had k-cups available-which was great! Lots of clean towels for the pool-a nice touch! The app for heating the hot tub and turning pool lights on and the slide on were convenient. Highly recommend and would return.

Great Extended Family Vacation

It can be really difficult to find a 5 bedroom rental when we vacation with extended family, especially with a hot tub (a requirement of our children - ha!) This property worked out really well for us. Tons of beds, towels, blankets and eating space. Pool and outdoor space was beautiful - the kids loved the floats, pool volleyball and basketball, lawn games and firepit. And the extensive gaming system options made for great entertainment. So appreciated Rashad’s hospitality - easy to communicate with, anticipated our needs (e.g. offered an extra grill for a family bbq and a catering option through his wife who is a chef), and was very friendly and nice.
