Das Seabury Condo befindet sich im ruhigen Süden von Marco Island und ist nur zwei Häuserblocks vom Strand entfernt. Die besonders geräumige, abgeschirmte Veranda bietet Blick auf den Poolbereich. Diese Einheit ist eine zweite Etage mit privater Treppe. Kein Aufzug. Mit HBO / DVR, BlueRay DVD und SMART TV können Sie Netflix, AMAZON usw. mit Ihrem Konto aktivieren. Alle Strandausrüstung, Sonnenschirm usw. in einem Schließfach.
Dies ist ein Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere Einheit. Großer Master BR mit eigenem Badeinstieg mit großer Duschkabine, begehbarem Kleiderschrank; Gast BR mit zweitem Bad; Waschmaschine / Trockner, Eis- / Wasserspender, Kühlschrank, Glasherd. Alle Strandausrüstung; ich. Strandkarren, Strandkörbe, kleiner Kühler und Handtücher werden gestellt. Das Reservierungsformular des Eigentümers muss ausgefüllt werden, um die Buchung zu bestätigen.

Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Beobachten Sie Delfine beim Springen am Strand oder beobachten Sie die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge auf Marco Island. Der Caxambas Park ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.

North Marco review

Location is excellent for access to the North end of Marco Island. Just a short walk from the lovely unit is a beach access path in one direction and a small park on the water is a short walk in the other direction.

Just wow!

We had a totally amazing time on Marco. The location was perfect. It is in a quiet area with easy beach access. There are so many good restaurants in Marco. The condo was very clean and fully stocked. It was comfortable and spacious. I highly recommend!

A Beautiful Stay on Marco Island

We had a great time staying on Marco Island. Marie and Howard were so easy to communicate with and the condo was decorated so nicely with a beachy vibe. We loved being able to stay on Marco Island this time. Everything you ever needed for your stay was at the condo, right down to beach equipment and a wagon to cart the stuff back and forth. The island was very quiet at this time due to the kids going back to school. We would definitely stay at this condo again when we go back to Marco Island. It was a great time and the condo was perfectly equipped with everything you would need. The pool was also great too! Thank you Marie and Howard.

Easy walk to the beach

Everything you could need is in this property- kitchen supplies, linens and towels, beach gear, board games, ect. The large enclosed patio was perfect for morning coffee. The pictures of the condo are exactly what you can expect. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Having a washer and dryer in unit was a bonus. We enjoyed strolling (about 8 minutes) to the beach each evening for shelling and sunsets. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again if given the opportunity to return to Marco. It was a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Stay on Marco!

This condo unit is very well represented by the pictures on the listing. Marie is an extremely hospitable owner who want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We really enjoyed the spacious lanai- ate breakfast everyday on it, and dinner when we ate in. We practically had the pool to ourselves most of the week, which was very nice considering we were in the middle of a pandemic. I will also add that we REALLY appreciated the fact that Marie and Howard followed CDC guidelines during COVID. We had an awesome stay and would have stayed longer if we didn't have to get back to work!!

Fantastic location, stay and host!

From the first interaction with the host, I knew this was going to be an anzing stay! The process was simple and very clear with no hidden fine print. The condo was in a great neighborhood, very clean and well equipped. It was very quiet but I also understand this is the off season, according to a lady I met at the pool. We had EVERYTHING we needed and any questions we had were immediately answered from the owner. We were walking distance to the best beach on the island. We brought our own chairs however there was plenty of beach equipment including a buggy to take it all to the beach with ease. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a pleasant stay on the island.

Excellent For a Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. Condo was exactly as promised and pictured. Owners were wonderful to work with an answered questions very quickly (This was my first VRBO experience so I had a lot of questions). Owners also offered info about other things to do on the island and places to eat. This is a corner unit so lanai was larger than other units. Master bedroom has a door to lanai so we could sleep with door open and had fresh air. Codo complex is small (12-14 units) so it was quiet. Condo and grounds were clean and well maintained with ample parking. The pool was the perfect size for our young kids and it was a short 3 block walk to the beach! The outdoor grill works (an earlier traveler mentioned it was broken). Condo was stocked with everything needed for the beach and pool (lots of towels, sand toys, beach cart, chairs, cooler and umbrella). I would HIGHLY recommend working with this owner! We plan to return again and stay here.

Super gemütliche Ferienwohnung fußläufig zum Strand

Die Wohnung erwartet einen genauso, wie sie beschrieben ist. Von Beginn an lief alles perfekt. Die Buchungsanfrage wurde super schnell beantwortet, was leider bei Anfragen in Europa nicht immer der Fall ist. Alle erfoderlichen Daten (Zugangscode etc.) wurden rechtzeitig übersandt. Die Eigentümer waren sehr bemüht und haben sich auch während des Aufenthalts per Mail gemeldet. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Strandurlaub benötigt, incl. Klappstühle, Strandwagen und Sonnenschirm. Im Ergebnis war es von allen drei Unterkünften während unseres Urlaubs die perfekteste Unterkunft, da die Anlage recht klein war, nur 14 Wohnungen und dennoch über alles verfügte (Pool, Gasgrill, Waschmaschine und Trockner). Die Wohnung hatte aufgrund ihrer Lage auch noch den größten Balkon, komplett überdacht, was es auch ermöglichte bei Gewitter draußen zu sitzen. Die Lage ist auf Marco Island perfekt. Der Weg zum nächsten Beach Access (es gibt insgesamt nur drei Zugänge) ist kurz ( 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Insgesamt kann die Wohnung -auch aufgrund des guten Kontakts zu den Eigentümern - uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal auf Marco Island gewesen sein!

Great Place for vacation on Marco Island

This is condo is absolutely excellent. We, two adults with one teenage daughter, loved to stay here for about 4 weeks. The condo is very comfortable; has a large master bedroom and from the lanai you have a wonderful view at the pool and tiki hut, where also a bbq grill is available. The condo has everything you need: washer and dryer, big refrigerator with an included ice maker, coffee machine (capsules and regular filter), everything you need for cooking and dining, and of course cable tv Marie and Howie are wonderful to work with and make the renting experience very easy. They are very kind and helpful. If we had an “issue” they helped out quickly. Marie gave us several good recommendations for restaurants and other places we asked for. The Pool area is cleaned several times a week and the landscaping is kept in perfect condition. Other renters and owners are very friendly and the place feels like "home". The beach can be accessed within 10 minutes with a short walk. For your beach life there is also everything you need: beach cart, sun umbrella, beach chairs and pool noodles. Thank you very much for renting your wonderful place to us.

Great experience

My husband and daughters and I spent a week at this unit. It was very clean with plenty of room for the four of us, and stocked with everything we needed for the week. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the large screened-in lanai over-looking the pool everyday. The location was exactly what we were looking for with less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner provided all of the information about the unit ahead of time, everything was as we were told and easy to access. The owner was also easy to get ahold of and responsive. We definitely would rent this unit again.

Quiet and clean,

Great location. Short walk to the beach, very Clean for the exception of the master shower could really use some updating or new grout. Would definitely go back. Property owners, nice and quick to respond as well as sending useful information about the area. Thank you 😊

Marco Island Getaway

This was a very clean and safe place to stay. We had privacy and it was very quiet. We had access to the pool and grill. We used both and had no issues waiting in line or being overcrowded. A beach cart with an umbrella and other items were furnished as well. There were lots of extra blankets and bedding. There were games and other items in a large walk-in closet. Everything was very thought out and stocked. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others. Howard and Marie were easy to reach with any questions or suggestions as well. ❤️🌞

Home away from Home

Nice Condo. This condo is like home away from home. it is very comfortable. We loved the screened in porch . It is in a great location and a short walk to the beach. Owners were great to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

The first time we drove over the Jolly Bridge and viewed Marco Island, we knew this is where we would want to visit as often as we could, and even retire here. We live on Long Island, but the summers there are a few short months; on Marco, it's summer every day!

This is a small, but very friendly complex. We have made some very good friends here, and makes Marco Island even more enjoyable when we get together a few times a year. The weather is beautiful on Marco, and every sunset is spectacular.
