Welcome, this is a beautiful newly renovated house just a couple blocks from the lively Bayview neighborhood. The house has two levels. The first level has an open concept containing the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is also a bedroom/office and a bathroom. The upper level has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the upper level bedrooms has a full outdoor balcony that is great for relaxing in nice weather. The kitchen has a variety of diches/pans/utensils for you to cook up some food. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance.

We truly enjoyed this home while celebrating a college graduation. Very clean and modern. Close to University and downtown. Great common space to chill and visit after the ceremony.

This home has almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would have liked a couple extra blankets for the beds, but otherwise, everything needed was there.We had difficulty getting into our rental initially as we didn’t know the correct button sequence to use prior to/following the door code. I messaged Juan for assistance, however he didn’t see my message right away. Once we were able to access the unit, it was clean and well supplied. Great location!

Beautiful renovation

Really enjoyed our time here. Convenient location to get around Milwaukee. Cute, older, mature neighborhood, but this home has been updated literally from top to bottom. Kitchen and bathrooms are amazing. Great amenities. Felt like home. Kind and responsive host. Would be happy to return.

The property is as advertised, pictures seem recent, nice decor, clean, overall very nice. The location is very central, everything seemed 10-15 mins, downtown, airport, Harley museum etc. Check in was a little late, 4pm, although we were allowed in earlier at 3pm. The neighborhood is a little industrial but we had no issues or noise and walked to the restaurants on the main street without issues. We had a couple of questions but the owner was quick to respond.

Great location for a family trip to Milwaukee

Beautifully renovated house with all the comforts of home. Everything that we needed for a 2 night trip to Milwaukee. Spacious open kitchen, dining room and living area that worked great for our group of 6. It was a wonderful surprise to find out that in the 4th bedroom, the futon was replaced with a double bed. Juan was quick to respond to all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again when in Milwaukee.

Ways to improve : purchase more quality cutlery Supply more hand towels and wash Cloths Supply dishwasher soap Supply dishcloths and kitchen towels Handrails up the stone steps in front Back patio needs workThe lack of these items did not ruin our time because we made it work with what we had. Other people might not be as tolerant.

Very clean, lots of room and so nicely decorated!!

We were very impressed with everything about this rental. The communication with the owner for months before we even checked in was fast and very helpful. The home is newly renovated with updated decor, appliances and furniture. The master bath even had heated floors! I am VERY picky when it comes to the cleanliness of hotel rooms or rentals. I was very impressed with how the whole house was sparkling clean! Very close to downtown and the Bayview area. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone!

Milwaukee house

The place was very nice and clean. The only thing I would change on the listing is to bring towels and bedding if you have more than 6 people. The 4th bedroom had just a futon. No sheets, pillows, and no extra blanket anywhere. No towels in the one full bath so I would just add to bring your own. Otherwise it was a beautiful place and very clean. Loved it.

Stunningly decorated, extremely clean, updated new rental in Bay area. 14 steps to front door, additional steps to most bedrooms. Warm and cozy in winter. Needs few more plates, utensils for 10 person advertised and needs curtains on door in front bedroom. We had a very lovely Christmas with our family. All the best to you in your future rentals. Recommend.

Milwaukee Family trip

The property was nicely renovated. Very comfortable except for the AC unit. The property was not cleaned when we checked in. Did not receive code until after check in time. Place lacked spare toilet paper and garbage bags and the AC unit was very hard to adjust to the heat. Host and owner showed up shortly after check in, and were very accommodating to the miscommunications.

Nicely updated but needs a few things

Location worked well for us but owner needs to provide bedding for futon to actually accommodate 8 people. We only found one pillow for that bed. Not sure where 2 more people would sleep other than the couch, but definitely no bedding available. Not enough silverware either. Had to wash some and hand it off to the next person. Need window cover in front bedroom to keep out bright light from security lamps at business across street. We left washcloths that we bought while there, for the next guests

could be good eventually but not close yet

the place matches the pictures. it has a lot of promise, but there is much to be improved. it feels like this is a new rental with an inexperienced owner. again, the place is not bad. these were the items that we encountered: we were given the checkin information 30 minutes after checkin. we were given the wifi information 4 hours and 30 minutes after check in. the lights in all rooms were in the fans, but only 3 of the 5 fans had remotes which meant 1 bedroom and the living room didn't have light. the 3 bedrooms with remotes were able to have lights, but at 2:20am, all 3 bedrooms were surprised by the lights turning on out of the blue. thus, most of us didn't have a good night's sleep as we were woken up and ahd to figure out how to turn off the lights in the middle of the night. the cleaning crew was not good as we found napkins, snack trash, toys, and coffee cups laying around the house. the worst was the pubic hair on the bar of soap in the master bedroom. again, the place has a lot of promise, and the location is good. the owner seemed nice, but definitely did not put in the effort required to have a rental. i'd try this in a year if you see improvements were made.
