This quiet yet conveniently situated property provides easy access to all popular KC attractions. Perfect for a quiet getaway or a family vacation!



The Space:

Our home comes well equipped with a full kitchen, plenty of living space, washer and dryer, free WiFi, TV streaming, and nice outdoor spaces! Our hope is that we have created a haven for you to relax and unwind after a full day of work or play!



The master bedroom has a brand new Smart TV , king bed with comfortable cotton sheets. The living room has 2 sleeper sofa beds.



*We do accept well behaved pets, please let us know before booking, if you are bringing one.



Pet Fee is $50/per pet/ per stay.

Guest Access:

The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.



The Neighborhood:

Looking for a weekend getaway you have found it! This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and the location is PERFECT!



Getting Around:

Walk to nearby restaurants. Uber and Lyft are very accessible for your transportation needs.

HOUSE RULES:

No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.



LOCAL GUESTS-

Please be advised that as part of our hosting policy, we do not typically accommodate local guests for short stays. Local guests interested in booking are kindly requested to reach out for screening and approval before making a reservation. We reserve the right to refuse booking if proper prescreening is not completed.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
