The Crossroads Arts District is Kansas City’s most energetic neighborhood—where art, culture, and nightlife collide. Converted warehouses now house art galleries, murals brighten the streets, and chef-inspired restaurants and breweries bring the area to life.
On the first Friday of every month, the Crossroads transforms into a city-wide block party, with street performers, open galleries, food trucks, and live entertainment. Even on quiet days, there’s plenty to explore, from artisan coffee houses and craft cocktail lounges to boutique shops and public art installations.
You’ll also be within walking distance of Kansas City’s biggest attractions: the Kauffman Center, Union Station, and the Power & Light District. Plus, the free streetcar makes it easy to explore even further—connecting you to the River Market, Crown Center, and the Plaza/UMKC corridor. This is downtown KC at its most exciting.
Guests will have full access to the entire loft. Guests will enter utilizing code for the keypad on the back door of the building and the front door to the loft.

The loft is in a secure building with rear entry access and a personalized code provided for your stay. Please note the unit is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. From this central spot, you’ll be steps from restaurants, nightlife, and all the energy of the Crossroads Arts District.

Open, airy, and perfect for winding down after work. The living room includes a comfy couch, a ceiling skylight for natural light, and a Smart TV for your favorite shows or background noise while working.

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. *PETS - This property does not allow pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.
