A 3 minute drive to Silver Dollar City, a few miles from Indian Point Marina and a 15 minute drive to Branson Landing- you truly will be in the most ideal location to enjoy all that Branson has to offer.

HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking of any kind indoors or outdoors

- Check-in: after 4PM / Checkout: Before 10 AM

- (Summertime) Please, No Pool Towels may be hung out on the balcony or railings & No Fireworks

- Follow all Rules that are posted in the condo and in your check-in instructions.

-Only overnight guests may use the pool.

-We do not allow non family groups larger than 5 adult overnight occupants and at no time may the unit have more than 6 occupants.

-NO PETS

-NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not park illegally. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This property is in a residential family friendly building so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 8:00am.





For added security, this property is equipped with an outdoor security camera system located at the entrance of the condo.

Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire condo.

You have your own entrance, outdoor space and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. You will also have access to the community pool and playground. Please respect the other guests and residents.



The Neighborhood:

Branson is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, affordability, live entertainment and natural setting. There are more than 100 shows performing, dozens of attractions, a world-class theme park and three beautiful lakes.  Table Rock Lake, Lake Taneycomo, and  Bull Shoals are all set in the Ozark Mountains and offer a variety of lake activities.  Boating, jet skiing and fishing on Table Rock are sure to capture family memories all summer long.  The trout fishing on Taneycomo offers quite the thrill throughout the year.  The world-class fishing for largemouth & smallmouth bass, crappie, catfish, walleye and trout provide a challenge to even the most advanced fisherman.  Table Rock Lake hosts several professional, amateur and youth tournaments from early spring to late fall.

In the winter enjoy holiday shopping and go to Silver Dollar City for fun festive events. Table Rock Lake and the Ozarks are both filled with a rich history, trails, and lots of wildlife.

The MINIMUM age to reserve this property is 21 YEARS OLD.





*Deers are prevalent at night near Indian Point so exercise caution when driving around especially at night. Indian Point is a quiet, closely knit community and any guests disrespecting owners and other guests will be reported , the terms of their stay cancelled and any monies paid will be forfeited as well as the ramifications of any additional civil or criminal charges. While there are plenty of places to have a good night or weekend partying our location and home is not one of them. We work to cater to those whom enjoy some quiet lake views during their stay and we discourage guests looking for a place to party from booking our condo.



Interaction with Guests:

You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
