The Space:

Spend a day cruising the water or exploring hidden coves, then return to the resort to enjoy community amenities like a refreshing outdoor pool, relaxing hot tub, playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts—all set against the backdrop of Branson’s beautiful wooded hills.



Start your mornings with a cup of coffee out on the private balcony, complete with a bistro table for four and views of the peaceful surroundings. Inside, you’ll find a clean, welcoming space designed for comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features all-white appliances and rich dark cabinetry, giving you plenty of room to cook or reheat local takeout. Gather around the dining table for meals, games, or conversation, then settle into the cozy living room with plush seating and a smart TV—perfect for movie nights after a day of exploring.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed and a cable TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home also includes and additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This is a bottom-floor, lower-level unit that requires 16 stair steps

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. 


• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
