Conveniently located near Town Center, Apex Center, restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach, it’s perfect for families, groups, or longer stays. All guests must sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking. It includes check-in/out times, house rules, and stay information.

STARTER KITS:
A complimentary welcome kit is provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry pods). Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies once used up.

LAWN CARE
Bi-weekly lawn maintenance provided.

PETS
Up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs welcome
$150 per pet, per stay
Pets must be crated when left alone and kept off furniture/beds
No cats allowed

GUEST CAPACITY
Base rate covers 6 guests
Additional $30 per night per guest beyond 6 (max occupancy: 8)
