Beyond the Path is a small, owner‑run collection of thoughtfully designed vacation rentals where every stay is personal, not just another rental. From the moment you walk into Sunset Trails you will feel the comfort of the space we have created for you and your group. Mountain views from our huge windows surround the home to bring the outside in and comfortable, quality furniture inside and out will have you feeling content in no time.

MAIN LIVING AREA: Featuring an open concept living room with fireplace, huge comfortable sectional, Smart TV, bluetooth surround sound speakers and direct access to the patio.

KITCHEN/DINING: Huge well appointed kitchen with two dining tables for a total of 14 seats. Quality cookware, baking and serving dishes, spices and basic cooking essentials provided. Drip coffee maker, Hot/Iced Keurig and french press provided.

INFINITY DEN: The Infinity game table will have everyone from young to old, laughing and making memories. Game play for up to 6 and seating for 8 the Infinity den is a great place to play, relax and connect.

BEDROOMS: Quality sleep is what we aim for with comfortable mattresses, room darkening shades, 100% cotton bedding, professionally laundered linens, TV's, white noise fans and plenty of storage available in all bedrooms. The Primary bedroom is on the opposite end of the house for privacy. Each bed has a soft and medium firm pillow for each sleeper and extra blankets are available.

BATHROOMS: Well equipped with large shower heads, hand showers and a bathtub. The master has an additional rain head plus a separate room for the toilet and a large walk in closet. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers provided.

NEON GAME ROOM: 2 Multi arcade games (hundreds of vintage games), electronic scoring bubble hockey, two player electronic scoring basketball game, jumbo Connect Four, seating area and Smart TV.

EXTRAS:

• Selection of board games, books, and utility tools

The entire 2.25 acre property is yours to enjoy with the exception of the 2 car garage and the locked owners closet in the hallway.

We are not available in person but will be just a text or email away should you need anything during your stay.

Our neighborhood is nestled at the foot of the Tonto National forest. Hiking trailhead is walking distance from the house and access to longer trails for cycling and ATV's are close by. Amenities are only 15 minutes away, Sedona is a great day trip and we are only 35 minutes from Lake Pleasant. Get the best of both worlds at Sunset Trails!

You will need a vehicle to get around. We are rural but only 15 minutes from amenities. The home boasts a good size driveway that will accommodate around 8 cars. Uber, instacart and limited food delivery services are available.

Our property has the stunning mountain views it offers by being outside of the hustle and bustle of city life.

Special Note-

Your adventure to Sunset Trails will begin about a mile before you actually reach the property. We are located on a privately maintained gravel and dirt road that can be a bit narrow and bumpy. Take your time and most vehicles will have no issue. However, i would not recommend bringing your Lambo or Ferrari ;-)

Security cameras- There are security cameras on-site located in these areas-Front door, front garden and driveway, front gate, side driveway, rear fenced area with view of pool and hot tub, pool equipment. These devices are solely for security purposes and are not monitored, do not rely on them for personal safety. This home is also equipped with devices that monitor the environment inside and outside the property (including noise levels, temperature, smoke and air quality) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed. This does not record sound as our guests privacy is key. Tampering with any security device may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

As a private small business owner, we do require a separate renters agreement and a deposit hold for each booking. We abide by all privacy regulations required for all online businesses and maintain a high guest satisfaction rating. Should you have questions regarding this, please reach out.
