We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and it was just a short walk to the private beach. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with a few more essentials, like additional pans and basic seasonings. Also, make sure to bring everything you think you’ll need, including spices—we forgot to bring salt, and it was surprisingly difficult to find in nearby stores. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Pool was smaller than we thought but enough for us!

This house was perfect. Had everything we needed, even for the beach. Golf cart renal was perfect. Very spacious besides the kitchen but it was doable. Outside area was perfect for hanging out. Would love to stay here again

We had a wonderful time! The secluded pool area was just perfect and only minutes away from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

The inside was clean, however the outside in the back and the pool and pool area were not. There are also ants or something crawling around out back. It is a nice house but needs updating in a lot of areas. The kitchen area is super small. 2 beds needed to be repaired upon our arrival. We submitted the request and someone came out and handled it.

Had some difficulty checking in and waiting for property. It wasn’t made clear there was a separate charge and process to use to golf cart. Picture and listing made it seem as if that was “included”. House wasn’t real clean, there was 1 roll of toilet paper for entire house. Had no idea how to access golf cart key which required yet another call. Beach access code wouldn’t work our entire visit, sent a message and never did get a response. On the last day had to call 7 times to get someone to answer to get the code to be able to return golf cart key to box. Wasn’t a terrible experience but wasn’t great and smooth either.

We had a great time, this property was wonderful and the amenities were great. The only thing that’s a little bit of a struggle is the size and layout of the kitchen, but overall we thought our stay was amazing and we would absolutely come back.

Girls Weekend

Our stay was amazing. The property was perfect for us. For someone looking at this property for a family vacation to cook to save money, the kitchen is TINY. That was my only ‘complaint’ and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Just got a little crowded around meal times. We enjoyed the house. Super close to the beach and had everything we needed for 7 adults.

New Years @ The Blue Pelican

Reservations and check-in were quick and easy! I messaged through VRBO to ask to get the pool heated three times, but never got a response. Once we called we talked to a very friendly representative who took care of us! The fenced in patio area with the pool could use some landscaping and attention, but the pool was warm and clean:) The neighborhood and pool across the street that we had access to through the resort was also wonderful!

Great location/heated pool wonderful!

Great location, master bedroom & other large bedroom were roomy & comfortable, but queen size bed/bedroom wasn’t comfortable, bed was wobbly/supposed to be attached to wall but was loose, tv view was obstructed from bed, bath outdated. Some dishes in cabinet were dirty, but otherwise everything was clean. Heated pool was very nice! Had to fix/tighten multiple fixtures in unit during stay.
