The Palace Cottage w/private Hot tub

The historic cottage was a carriage house in the past and has been converted into an adorable little guest house. It sits behind the main house which is also a vacation rental. It’s quiet and very private.Inside you’ll find one queen size bed, a small chair that makes into a narrow bed (child size or a very thin person), love seat, whirlpool tub, kitchenette, smart TV with Roku and excellent WiFi.
Outdoors you find a fully fenced private yard with a private hot tub, a barbecue grill and a fire pit.
The space
The guest suite is a detached studio with approx 450 sq ft. It has a private yard with a grill and outdoor furniture. A queen size bed, a full bath with a whirlpool tub and a kitchenette which consists of a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven, two burner cooktop, pots & pans, coffee maker, table & 2 chairs, and a kitchen sink.
Guest access
Pass the main house, turn right on 1st, and right onto the alley behind the main house. Enter the backyard, to the left after entering you’ll find the cottage enclosed behind the white wooden fence. Parking is near the guest house. See last photo for route map.
