In the garage area, you'll find a full sized side by sise washer and dryer and hanging rack, as well as a half bath with access to the backyard. But dont worry, there is a remote controlled AC unit in the garage so you can staty cool while doing laundry or other activities (a great space to workout if you brought portable equipment of your own!). Even if the main bathroom is occupied, you can still shower outside since it can be fully closed off for complete privacy and discretion! Between having zero carpeting inside and the amazing fenced backyard, the home and lot is ideal for family gatherings. Complete with gas grill, cornhole and pool floaties.
