Beautiful "Bella" Beach House in Carrabelle

Bella Carrabelle LLC is a beautiful beachfront two bedroom (both king) 2.5 bath beach home in the world-class fishing area of Carrabelle, FL. Gorgeous views, new appliances, quartz countertops and a well-appointed kitchen await the fresh seafood you’ll catch or buy in the local markets. (The crab cakes just down the road are amazing.) The beds and linens are top quality. Decor is classy and comfortable with an electric fireplace for ambiance. Even a new dock is in to enjoy.

This place is so beautiful there’s really only one name it could have—Bella! You'll have the whole house.

Plenty of outdoor furniture including two hammocks, Adirondack chairs and loveseat with fire-pit coffee table. Mermaid corn hole boards for fun. It’s nice and cool under the house. We do have good AC.

The beach is soft and sandy. It’s not a swimming beach (lots of natural grasses in the shallow water), but the fishing is amazing right out front and we do have a few rods and reels and basic tackle to use during your stay. And we have two kayaks and two SUPs. You’ll have to answer a few questions for us before you can use them, but if you’re sensible and responsible, you’ll enjoy them at no additional charge.

Both bedrooms are KING beds. Two sofas (one in the loft upstairs and the other in the living room) both open up for queen size sofa beds.

TV is BIG and new in the living room and we have smaller TVs in the loft and in the bedroom upstairs. WiFi is good for streaming and we do have streaming services.

A beautiful desk makes an out-of-the-way office area in the loft if you have to work during your stay. WiFi isn’t 5G, but it works for virtual meetings!

We can recommend two charters for fishing excursions: Chip Leavine of FC Charters 850-583-1354 and Joe Bright 850-661-7296. Johnnie Candle in Nov-Dec-Jan. Great fishing also right out front. We have a NEW DOCK (yay!!!) so old pictures might not show it, but it's so nice.

Message us if you have any questions. This home is not managed by one of those management companies that runs everything to the ground before they repair or maintain it. No way! This is our beach house and it’s gorgeous. If you take good care of her, you can enjoy it also.

PS We are dog people so if you travel with a dog we get it. And we can make it work. Dogs must be well behaved, crated when guests are away and not allowed on furniture unless you bring blankets to cover the furniture.

PSS No smoking in the house! We are okay with outside smoking on the property but not indoors.

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY IS 30 NIGHTS DUE TO LOCAL REGULATIONS!
