Chic Studio B w/private yard

One of two attached studios. It’s tucked away in a great neighborhood, it’s peaceful and private. It has a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens and a futon that makes into a queen bed. It has a full bath and a well stocked kitchenette. The private fenced yard has a dining table and chairs and a charcoal grill. It’s very close to the hospital, shopping, downtown and restaurants.
The space
This spacious studio is well decorated. It has a beautiful & comfortable queen-size bed. It has a kitchenette, which consists of kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a two burner electric countertop stove, a toaster oven and an air fryer. We also provide dinnerware, silverware, drinking cups, glasses and pots and pans.
Guest access
We make it very simple to access the property and we're flexible on checking in and out.
Other things to note
When you arrive please park in the back, go through the alley and park next to the studio. Further instructions regarding the key will be sent via text on the day your arrival.
