We provide all the essentials, including towels, bed linens, kitchen appliances, and dining supplies, so you can simply unpack and unwind.

Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker, and enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TVs located throughout the home including the lanai. Stay connected with Xfinity high-speed WiFi, and enjoy your favorite tunes through the Sonos speaker system, whether inside or out.

The spacious backyard features a lanai and patio with loungers, chairs, and a dining table that seats 6, perfect for al fresco meals or relaxing with family and friends. While having a personal car is the most convenient way to explore the area, there are plenty of other transit options available. Uber and Lyft are easily accessible and provide a flexible way to get around the city, whether you're heading to downtown Fort Lauderdale, the beach, or nearby attractions. For longer trips, the Brightline train station is just a short drive away, offering fast and comfortable service to destinations like Miami, West Palm Beach, and Orlando. Additionally, local shuttles like the E-circuit, run regularly throughout Wilton Manors, making it easy to enjoy many of the area's attractions without the hassle of parking.

🏊‍♂️POOL HEAT: If you would like the pool heat turned on for your stay, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival (if applicable). Please note there is a $30 DAILY FEE for pool heat. We can set the pool heater up to a maximum of 85 degrees depending on ambient temperature. The pool heater works optimally in ambient temperatures of 65 degrees or warmer and if the ambient temperature drops below 65 degrees, please understand the pool heater may not be able to keep up with the cooler temperatures and it may take longer to heat up the pool and there will be no refund in this case as the ambient temperature is out of our control. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the pool heat.

👶All child/baby gear listed must be pre-requested and we will help coordinate the rental of the items with a local, reputable baby gear rental company we have partnered with to make this as convenient as possible for our guests. Rental fees apply.

🖊️Upon completion of booking, all renters will be required to complete and sign a quick electronic rental agreement provided by the host.

🧹Pool & Hot Tub service is completed twice weekly, Monday and Friday mornings. The technician will let himself in the backyard and usually takes 15-20 minutes

Landscaping service is done every other week, but an exact day is not guaranteed depending on weather. The landscapers will let themselves in the front and back yards to service them. If you have a question or concern, please don't hesitate to contact the host

Early check-ins/Late checkouts: Please contact the host to inquire about early check ins or late checkouts. Be aware a $25/hr fee may apply for any extensions.
