3 Bedroom Cottage with feel of being in nature.

Summary:
Newly constructed unique cottage includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, covered porch with dining table, grill and a firepit. Very secluded property with lots of mature trees but still close to shopping and attractions. The Cottage is located behind the main house on the right side but is completely separate from the main house. It has dedicated parking and space to relax and enjoy nature. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house.

The Space:
The cottage offers one Master bedroom with a King bed with an ensuite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bathroom in the hallway. All bedrooms have tv's. There's a covered porch to sit and relax under, a grill for cooking out and a firepit to enjoy evenings outside. The driveway for the cottage is shared with the main house. Once you turn in you will see a sign the says WESLEY COTTAGE with an arrow showing you to stay to the right and you will see the cottage and your parking area.

Guest Access:
Key Pad is located on the backdoor which is located around the side under the covered porch. When you walk up you see two double doors keep
going around to the side. Located on the door is the key pad. To light it up touch the bottom left corner and then put in your code. You should
receive check in info 48 hours before check in. If you don't please let me know.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet and peaceful three acre lot with neighbors on each side of the house but spacious enough for privacy.

Other Things to Note:
Guest have access to all space around the cottage. the tennis court is for kids to play on.
