Great!

Our stay at this property was pleasant, relaxing and quiet. Host was very responsive and checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. There is a local grocery store and restaurant within walking distance which was a plus. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay

House was safe. Loved the grill and the motorized gate. Roads to get there were bumpy, but that is all over the island. Wifi worked flawlessly. Supermarket was within walking distance. Beach was nearby. Restaurants close by as well.

We thought the property was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our extended 7 day & 6 night stay. Barry was so gracious, helpful, friendly & kind. The property grounds were well maintained by Barry. He even shared the fruits that were planted on the trees in the garden. We got to experience the real Jamaica by staying at this home and not at the resorts. We will definitely be coming back to stay there when we visit Montego Bay in the future.

Pro’s. The host and property manager are very accommodating. The communication with the host from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. We felt safe with the accommodations on the property. We loved the convenience of the super market. Con’s. Highly recommend a rental car or arrange transportation. Location is 30 min from airport. There are not many restaurants in area. Overall we had a great experience. Beautiful property.

Impeccable is a joke

I honestly have never stayed at a worse VRBO property. The only plus was the owner was pleasant as far as helping with directions to his place as we were very lost with the GPS. We own two VRBOs and our reviews always highlight how clean our homes are. This house was so dirty we had to cover the toilet seats before using and use bottled water in the bathroom as I wouldn’t trust anything coming out of the faucet. The shower curtains were so moldy they stuck together. Gunk all over the bathroom sinks. Mold in the bathrooms. The floors were repulsive and it looked like the window sills hadn’t been cleaned in years. The only thing clean in the house were the sheets, thankfully. I would never use the kitchen, not that we could have for a one night stay as the refrigerator was unplugged and it takes 24 hours to cool properly. Our ice melted and luckily we didn’t bring any other food as we were going out to dinner. When we arrived it was 90 degrees inside the house. ACs located in the bedrooms only with two very dusty fans in the family room. If we left the bedroom doors open, after a few hours the living areas cooled down just a bit. No blankets on the beds, only sheets, in a supposed attempt to keep electric bills down. I have tons of photos, but no opportunity to post them here. The house has gates, bars around the windows, and barbed wire above the fence surrounding the property. The area is sketchy to say the least. My 27 year old son and his girlfriend were terrified.

First and foremost we are truly sorry that you didn’t enjoy your stay. My guest satisfaction is my number one priority. The listing shows a few items that you overlooked such as: the property having window guards, security cameras and AC units in each bedroom. My cleaning team and i visited the place and we did not see any cleaning issues. My property manager Barry asked if everything was ok and your response was yes so i am very surprised to see such a negative review. When back in Jamaica we hope to have you stay with us again.
