Welcome to Bella’s Cottage! Our cozy cottage offers a relaxing get-away on the All-Sports Townline Lake. A large sandy beach, private dock, kayaks, fishing poles & fire pit are here to keep you busy or to help you relax. In the fall, the colors are breath taking. Winter brings ice fishing & snowmobiling. You’ll see bald eagles & cranes flying overhead and deer walking right on the beach all year long. Bella's cottage has both AC & Heat to make it comfortable no matter the time of year.

We want you to feel at home at Bella's Cottage and have a wonderful time making the best memories with family & friends. We recently remodeled the majority of the home to enhance the perfect relaxing setting with you in mind.

The main floor of the house is fully remodeled with new everything! You'll find everything you need in the well-stocked kitchen that includes pots, pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, cups, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer, ect.

We love our coffee and you'll find a drip coffee maker along with an expresso maker at the coffee bar. It's fully stocked with coffees, tea & hot chocolate (all year long).

Enjoy a new grill outside on the large deck along with comfortable deck furniture, reclining chairs and extra chairs to have at the beach or around the fire. There will be a starter stock of paper towel & toilet paper for the week.

There are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom is fully furnished with sheets, blankets & pillows along with a sound machine & fan (to help cut out any unwanted snoring after a fun day playing outside). The full bathroom includes a bathtub with wand shower head. All bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. As well as 12 microfiber beach towels. There is also a queen air mattress with sheets & pillows available.

Main living room has TV/DVD player, wifi, dvds, and many games. There is ample spaces to sit and relax. A little reading or quite nock is perfect for those times to rest with cozy comfort.

The main floor also has a newly remolded full bath along with a washer & dryer. Guests will be provided Tide pods for personal laundry, if you want to head back home with clean clothes.

Our yard has ample space for yard games. The beach is clean and lots of sand to play with. The lake also has a sandy bottom. If you have a boat, there is potential for you to tie it up to our private dock. Townline lake is a public lake with public access.

Guests have access to the whole house. There is a small room upstairs that remains locked for the owner and garage access is restricted for owners.

Other details to note:
-Bella's also has life jackets of many sizes, lake floats, sand toys, a lily pad (large floating toy), some fishing poles, and outside yard games.
-Firewood is provided.
-12 microfiber Beach towels are provided year-round.
-A Queen air mattress is also available.
-Ferris State University is located just 35-40 minutes from Bella's Cottage, so if you're looking for a place to stay to enjoy some Bulldog Sports, theater or other college activity, this is the place to stay!
-Soaring Eagle is located 50 minutes from Bella's Cottage.

*Please note for the summer dates (Memorial Day - Labor day) we do have a 4 night minimum for most dates as well as a 6 night minimum for the week of July 4th.
