Welcome to our Indian River Cottage!

This well appointed home is located in the coveted area of Jensen Beach along the Intercostal on Indian River Drive. The house is situated very close to downtown Jensen and only 2 miles from the Beach!

The kitchen is well equipped for all your cooking needs. If you prefer to grill, one is outside, for those perfect Florida nights! The dining table has room for 6 people. Extra seating is close by on the back porch for outdoor dining.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with premium linens and a plenty of closet space. The spacious 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with spa-like décor. The third bedroom has a queen bed and loveseat, private bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower. An additional bathroom is located in the main area with a tub/shower combo.

All rooms have their own TV and games to enjoy. The house is outfitted with a large Smart TV’s in the living room, master bedroom and the kids room. High definition popular cable and Comcast Blast! WIFI for super strong streaming.

The house boasts numerous outdoor spaces! The back porch is a hidden gem, provided is a grill and outside dining table. The front porch is another great spot for reading or relaxing in one of the 2 Adirondack chairs. Side yard is complete with pool, lounge chairs and a hammock for relaxing.

We welcome our furry friends, please get prior approval. We do charge a pet fee of $125 and require that all pets be approved prior to arrival. Please see pet rules below further in description.

We provide all the comforts of home with plenty of beach chairs & towels as well, all you need to bring is your clothes!

Parties and large family gatherings are NOT permitted. The house capacity is set for a purpose, we kindly ask you to respect this request. If you have family or friends on the treasure coast and plan to use the house as a meeting place, please let us know ahead of time. We understand the importance of enjoying time with family and friends. Clarifying this ahead of time will ensure you have the best vacation possible.

SMOKING in the home is NOT ALLOWED, if you smoke we ask that you only do this outside away from windows and door and not under covered areas with use of ash tray.

AC will not cool below 70, setting AC's lower than this will cause them to freeze. While you are away, we ask that you set the temperature to 78, it’s nice to give the units a break, thanks!

PET RULES You MUST be leashed at all times when in the front yard and neighborhood. We ask this because it is the local law and our neighbors appreciate law abiding guests. Please pickup every bathroom break whether on a walk or anywhere on the property. We love clean hygienic properties and this is a simple request to help us make sure each guest after you received the property in the same condition you did. We have artificial turf, this will stain if not attended to right away. It's also a good idea to hose down where they have gone to the bathroom.

Please do not rearrange furniture, this makes turnarounds harder on our amazing cleaning crew. We only have a small amount of time to return the home to our sparkling clean standards.
