Welcome to the `Bike Path` house! Whether you come to ride, walk, tour nearby plantations & vineyard, or are just looking for some quiet relaxation, this is the spot for you! Located conveniently across from the enchanting Capital Trail that connects Richmond to Williamsburg, on historic Route 5! Have an adventure & explore the 11.5 acres of woods behind the house! Easy and very scenic drive to Richmond or Williamsburg! The house is stocked w/ games for you to enjoy after a day of outdoor fun!
11.5 acre property for the ultimate private getaway! Perfectly suits up to six people. Located directly across from the popular Virginia Capital Trail in Charles City, VA. Self check-in. Keyless entry. Boasting two queen beds, one in each bedroom, 1 full bathroom, living room with a queen pull out sofa bed, dining room, kitchen with Keurig, drip coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster, fridge and freezer. Washer/dryer access available! Dog friendly! Outdoor patio seating for warmer days.
The entirety of the home is accessible to guests with the exception of a hospitality closet.

Multiple vineyards within a 13-41 minute drive of the home.
A car is recommended for the main traveling roads, but bicyclists are welcome to enjoy the bike path! There is driveway parking available.

-No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-We are pet friendly. However, we only accept dogs.
-Please set air-conditioning to 74 degrees in summer months or heat to 68 degrees in winter months before checking out.
-Please dispose of all trash before departing.
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Place all dirty linens in the dirty linen hampers.
-Please clean any dirty dishes before checking out.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
