Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. tricky entry, poor response

I arrived with groceries (lesson learned) and could not get the door open. I texted the contact number and the gentleman was kind, asking me to try a number of codes - nothing worked. He said someone would get back to me. 2 hours later I still had not heard from anyone. I eventually got in, and the man who came to look at the lock said it was a very tricky lock. If you know a lock is 'tricky,' why do you continue to use it? Other than that, all was fine.

Lovely villa

I loved that it was cozy and the small porch was very nice. It has mostly everything you need but could need to add an extra blanket or two especially for the pull out sofa and bed especially for the cold natured people. We were not able to get in touch with the amenity office after multiple attempts so we couldn’t eat at any of the restaurants at the resort which was a huge disappointment which was not the owners fault. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Sub par villa

This villa is on the low end of ones we’ve rented. The bed is advertised as a queen but it is actually only a full. Too small for two adult so my wife and i took turns sleeping on the sofa. Bad news is the sofa is a small two seater. Also the villa advertised cable tv but doesn’t have it. There was a broken towel rack in the bathroom. I would definitely pass on this one.
