Enjoy this cozy, quiet beach cottage overlooking Seabrook Island's Racquet Club.
As you enter this property, you'll see the private, spacious deck overlooking the courts. The deck is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine, and is equipped with a pair of Adirondack chairs and a grill for our guest's use. To the right of the front door is a sunroom fully furnished for relaxing on Island time.
Inside the villa, you'll find a spacious living room area with ample seating (and a pull-out couch), TV and some books. In this open floor plan, the fully-equipped kitchen features an oven, electric stovetop, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your other kitchen needs. There is also a table, counter stools, and a desk area with a strong WIFI signal for those who may need to work remotely. A washer and dryer is conveniently located off the hallway for the convenience of our guests.

As of 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has now started charging a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night – 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers will be required to show a valid Driver's license when at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: While this property does not offer amenity cards or club access, guests do have access to the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access .PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
