Kayaks
Enjoy complimentary use of our kayaks during your stay, weather and seasonal conditions permitting. Personal flotation devices are provided for your safety.

Fire Pit
Relax around the outdoor fire pit—wood is supplied for your convenience. Please fully extinguish the fire before leaving it unattended for an extended period.

Parking
The driveway accommodates 3–4 vehicles, depending on size, and includes space for a boat or trailer.

We’re unable to offer refunds for circumstances outside our control, such as weather. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.

Violations of house rules may result in early termination of the stay without refund.

For safety, exterior security cameras are installed. There are no cameras inside the home.

Lake & Seasonal Conditions
Lake Winnebago’s water level is lowered in October, which may impact boat access. Kayakers can still enjoy the bay until the lake freezes.

Water depth at the dock ranges from 2–3 ft and is not suitable for swimming.

During winter, the channel does not fully freeze due to running water. Guests should not walk on the ice or attempt ice fishing in this area.
