Kayaks:
During your stay, we offer the use of kayaks, subject to weather and seasonality. Kindly inform me ahead of check-in if you intend to use them.

Firepit:
Feel free to enjoy the fire pit and supplied wood.
Please ensure the fire is put out before leaving it unattended for a long time.

Parking:
Depending on size, the driveway can fit 4-6 vehicles and has space for a boat or trailer.

Please note we cannot offer refunds for circumstances out of our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance.

Violations of our house rules may result in guests being asked to leave prematurely without a refund.
Smoking violation can result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Not picking up after smoking outside could result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Not picking up after your dog(s) could result in a $100 cleaning fee.

For safety purposes, security cameras are positioned outside the house. There are no cameras installed inside the premises.

Guest access
Access to the entire house and amenities, except for the garage.

Please note that the water level of Lake Winnebago is lowered in October and may significantly affect the water level for boats. kayakers will still be able to enjoy the bay until the lake freezes.

Water level at the dock ranges from 2-3 ft and is not swimmable.

During the Winter months, guests won't be able to ice fish or walk on the ice on the channel. The channel has running water and won't completely ice up.
