Immerse yourself in the enjoyable surroundings and make the most of the 2 bathrooms available. This location is the part of the lake with a sandy bottom so swimming and water fun! This waterfront place is just steps from Waverly Beach Restaurant (Waverly you can walk to via street or in the water :-) and in the summer they have outdoor music), Heckrodt Preserve (walking trails), and the municipal beach. It is 5 minutes to downtown Appleton, 20 minutes to Oshkosh, 8 minutes to High Cliff Park, 35 minutes to Green Bay/Lambeau Field and 90 minutes to Milwaukee or Madison.
