Located on the 4th floor facing the Inter-coastal waters and marina. The location is superb, with the beach just across the street with direct water and Marina views. Upon entering the condo, the stylish living area sports a sleeper sofa and fully stocked kitchen to make you feel right at home. Coastal views of the marina extend throughout the living space, bedrooms and balcony. The guest bedroom has a bunkbed with a double on the bottom and twin bed on top, and the bathroom is located just off the living room. The master bed and ensuite bath are down a private hallway with its own balcony access.

Guests have access to a pool and hot tub that is shared between guests of Madeira Bay Resort, as well as a well equipped gym which is in the building adjacent to ours.

Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. You are also walking distance from the John's Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. It is a great spot for water activities and there are tons of rentals in the area from boat slips to jet skis and charters.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John's Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski's, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine.

- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 24 or older
- We are dog friendly condo (2 maximum) and there is a one time pet fee of $150. Please note: any damage caused by your pup will be charged accordingly.
- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc)
