Best Beach Life! Treasure Island is a unique blend of a small town combined with a laid back beach community. This area of Treasure Island is known for a variety of sporting and recreational activities, fresh seafood, great shopping, family fun and endless sunshine!

This spacious 1 bedroom condo is in a great location situated between the waterway and the beach! Did we say fishing? Three docks to fish from and BBQ grills with picnic areas. The swimming pool and decks have the Inter coastal waterway view.

The one bedroom condo has an open living and kitchen concept. On the far side of the kitchen you will find another room that doubles as a sleeping room. It features a cabinet that opens up into a Queen size Murphy bed. The King Suite bedroom and living area are spacious and each have a TV.

This unit is on the 3rd floor of the Resort. You can easily walk to grocery stores and restaurants and is a 5 minute drive from anywhere you want to be. Parking for 1 (one) vehicle is included and coin laundry facilities are on site. Wifi and beach essentials are also included. You will be supplied beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and a beach buggy.

Please Note! This is a 3rd floor condo and there is NO Elevator operating at this time.

You will have access to all the property amenities including a shared pool, outdoor bbq grills, picnic areas, 3 docks and marina views. Guests have access to the coin operated laundry room on the second floor with access code. We also have assigned parking space for one vehicle.

Please note there is NO elevator and this condo is on the 3rd floor.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

The condo is located in Westwinds Waterfront Resort on a beautiful Florida Gulf Coast island. It is minutes from Saint Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Clearwater Beach, and the world-famous John`s Pass Village in Madeira Beach. Walk across Gulf Blvd to the beach or a 4 min walk to Publix Grocery store, multiple restaurants, pubs, and gift shops. Plus the Dali Museum and Tampa Bay Rays are just a short drive away in downtown St. Petersburg. The perfect place to plan a weekend getaway, memorable family vacation or a romantic holiday with that special person in your life!

- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.

This is a small complex with several year-round residents and other guests looking to enjoy relaxation. This is not designed as a party space, though there is lots to enjoy.

The pool is not heated but is warm with Florida sun most of the time.
