Seaside Condo: 2bed/2bath beach condo on the water

This beautiful 2bed/2bath condo is right across from the beach! Located on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, it is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable- heated pool, docks to boat/fish, grills, coin operated laundry, and patio area.

The grocery store (Publix) is a few mins walk and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and water activities nearby to quench your thirst/hunger and appetite for adventure!

Just bring your toothbrush & swimsuit and leave your worries behind!

This spacious 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom can comfortably sleep 6, comes with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room and living room area that boasts views of the intracoastal ocean, where you can view the sunrise as dolphins and boats pass by. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and the second/guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen sleeper sofa.

Kitchen - upgraded kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with all cookware, dining ware, coffee, tea, spices to make all your meals at home.

There is high speed internet and three flat screen TVs with cable and access to streaming services.

Beach supplies such as beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, toys, boogie boards, and floaties are also available in the condo for use.

There is also a pack n' play and high chair available as well.

Guests have keyless access to the entire unit and all condo amenities. It is a private unit on the third floor, within a larger complex. Elevators available. Amenities: pool, grills, coin operated laundry, and boat docks.

-Early check-in only on request and based on availability & occupancy
-only 1 parking space included with reservation. Additional visitor parking is available only for 24 hrs. Please let us know in advance if bringing more than 1 vehicle (paid parking options for $15-20/day may be available)
