We are grateful to share that this beautiful 2 Bed 2 bath condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! Our Pool and Hot Tub are Not open, yet we anticipate those renovations to be completed by March, 2025. Your stay provides the much needed support our local businesses appreciate as they recover. Many businesses have already reopened and are eager to welcome You!

You'll love this fantastic beach condo's location, situated right across the street from the white sand of Madeira Beach. Easy walk to John's Pass, one block away. A major destination featuring shops, restaurants, bars & water sports. Relax inside this tastefully decorated & well equipped condo with spectacular views. We include all your beach essentials, high speed Wi-Fi, a parking pass (1), and wash/dryer. You're in the best location to have a wonderful time!

Located on the 4th floor of the new resort building, it has elevator access and free parking for 1 car only. To reach the unit, take the elevator to the 4th floor (you will be given a code for access to the elevator). Follow the interior hallway to your unit number and use your personalized code to gain entry.

The unit opens into a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will need for cooking. There is bar seating as well as a dining table for 4 in the open concept living area. The space is also equipped with a pullout queen sofa and 2 chairs, as well as a nice sized smart TV.

Off of the living room, you have sliders to your private balcony. Enter into the master bedroom where you can see the Gulf of Mexico out the window from your King size bed! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.

In the hallway off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer closet, a guest bath with standup shower and the doorway to the small 2nd bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with twin bunk beds.

Guests have access to a pool and hot tub that is shared between guests of Madeira Bay Resort, as well as a well equipped gym which is in the building adjacent to ours.

Beach access is right across the street from our building and there is a safe crosswalk for you to cross located right downstairs. You are also walking distance from the John's Pass Boardwalk, which has tons of restaurants, shops and things to do. It is a great spot for water activities and there are tons of rentals in the area from boat slips to jet skis and charters.

Entry to our space is secured with an electronic lock, set with a unique code just for you.

This condo is located in Madeira Bay Resort, which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico just across the street and John's Pass Boardwalk a block away. If you're looking to enjoy the beach, water activities, shopping and restaurants, this is an amazing location! Madeira Beach was named the #5 beach in America, competing with several other Gulf towns in the area. There is a grocery store within 2 miles of the condo, though there are many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance.

Guests will have access to parking for one car during their booked stay. Parking is limited directly in the beach areas, though there are paid lots and garages should you need to park a second car or have a visitor for the day.
Uber and Lyft are readily available, as well as the trolley system that travels between the local beach areas.
If you do not have a vehicle, there is so much you can walk to and delivery service options are available for groceries, food, liquor, baby equipment, etc.

- The responsible party booking and staying at this condo must be 22 years or older.
- The condo is not designed for partying, but rather a relaxing vacation destination. We expect guests to treat the home with respect and leave everything in the condition it was found in. Any damage should be reported upon check-in.
- Towels and linens are for normal use - not for dying hair, removing makeup, cleaning up spills, etc.

Guests must be 24 years of age or older to book and stay at this property.

Maximum Occupancy 6 persons within the home at any time.

No Parties! No Gatherings!

No illegal substances allowed on the premises, including recreational cannabis.

No Smoking! Smoking is prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the premises.

Quiet Hours 10PM to 8PM. We ask that you respect our neighbors as this is a family friendly resort community. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times.

- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests.

- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.

- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

- Parking Pass is issued for a Standard private passenger vehicles - 1 only NO other vehicles.

- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony or any public visible area.

- This is a completely no smoking property, there is no smoking inside OR on balcony

- Do not place hot items on the countertops or use them as a cutting board, the surface can be damaged

- Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors and to do the dishes.
