Guest Access and Use Guidelines

Available to guests with prior approval

Requires proof of insurance, vessel registration, and signed liability waiver

Only center consoles under 28 feet permitted

Flats boats and catamarans are not allowed on the lift

Kayaks and Bicycles

Two ocean kayaks and two bicycles included

Liability waivers must be signed before arrival to receive access codes

Life jackets must be worn at all times when using kayaks

Guests born after 1984 must present a valid Florida Boater Safety Course certificate

Parking

Maximum parking: 2 vehicles and 1 boat or boat trailer

No additional vehicles allowed on property

Pet Policy

One dog permitted (under 50 lbs) with prior approval only

$20.00 per day pet fee

Pet reduces total guest occupancy by one person

Pet arrangements must be made prior to check-in
