Everything is near by. Neighborhood was great! House has everything you need! Beds are comfy. Homeowner was easy to work with. Will come back!

What a great stay this was. Beautiful home with pool and jacuzzi. Very close to the beaches and a great and calm neighborhood. The manager April was very nice and was quick with the responses.

Good Visit

My husband and I stayed in this cute house for a month. The house is visually appealing, but there are many areas that need improvement. Most of the blinds in the home do not open or close nor do many of the windows. The beds are not great, they reminded me of my dorm bed when I was in college. The back deck was wonderful for our many meals in the sun but there is a large hole in the ground from where a pool used to be. My husband loved the hot tub. It was cleaned during our stay which we appreciated. April was wonderful to work with. When the washing machine stopped working she had someone there to repair it the following day. She was always quick with a response to any questions we had also. Overall I would say that this house is better for a younger crowd, not two older folks like us.

Great house, worth every penny!

I stayed here with my family including a 9 year old for 9 days. The house had everything we needed. Everything was within a short drive of the house which is in a quiet neighborhood. Clearwater beach was only a 15-20 min drive pending traffic. There was an issue with the pool but the host was quick to respond and resolved the issue without hesitation. The hot tub was great as well. My son got a lot of use out of the basketball net on the side of the house. The outside grill worked without a problem. We did not use the bikes but they looked to be in great condition and ready for use! My son left something behind and I’ve already been in talks with the host to have it mailed to us thankfully! Do not hesitate to book this property!

Nice Remodeled Home in Older Neighborhood

This home is clean, cozy and comfortable, not overly large but with plenty of space. It has been completely remodeled and nicely landscaped but surrounded by older homes, some nicely maintained and some not. The neighborhood was very safe and the neighbors very quiet and respectful during our two-week stay. The deck, yard and pool are very private and all we could ask for with the exception of a little more shade. An additional umbrella or shelter would make sunny days more tolerable. The only things lacking were a few beach chairs and maybe an umbrella and cooler for the beach, we had to buy our own, but there were four brand new bikes to use on the beautiful bike trail that is mere yards away. The outdoor grill suited our needs but could use an upgrade. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again if I'm back in the area. Thanks for hosting us.

Areas that could use improvement. Bathroom electric outlets weren’t working, had to find the breaker panel and reset the breaker. No kitchen dish clothes or towels. Only 6 knives. No bathroom cleaning supplies. Broken beach umbrella. Broken deck around pool made a safety issue. Need second deck umbrella. No air pump for the bike tires which were soft. One bike seat was broken. We appreciated the beach chairs. Beds were comfortable. Pool was not cleaned the second week we were there. No wand to open the living room blinds.

Spring break vacay

We were here for 5 days for a family spring break trip and overall it was a good trip. We did however run in to some issues during our stay. The pool was leaking everywhere due to a broken piece and the ceiling fan in the main room was broken. The manager did however offer to have someone fix it, but that meant we would’ve had to stay in the house waiting for them to arrive and do the work, being it was our vacation we were not going to wait around for repairs. The other issue was that the main room didn’t have access to a bathroom so we had to share the main bathroom. The master bedroom was right off the laundry room in what I believe used to be a garage turned addition. Weird layout and not very private. The neighborhood was also not somewhere I was comfortable letting my kids ride bikes around. I was a little disappointed cause we paid a pretty penny for this place.

Hello Nikki- thank you for your feedback. The autofiller on the pool, which was causing a small overfilling of the pool has been fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. The previous guest did not notice the overfilling and did not bring it to our attention. Luckily, use of the pool was not impacted by this issue. Additionally, per the listing, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom does not have it’s own bathroom. As a parent, I understand that the safety of our children is always our number 1 concern. The house is on a cul de sac and located next to an elementary school where kids often riding their bikes in the streets. We are glad you and your family enjoyed your Spring break.
