We want to clarify that there is no third party managing the apartment, as we directly handle and interact with our guests. We apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay, such as the sewage smell originating in the kitchen, the communication mix-up with the entry instructions, and the confusion regarding the actual host. We will address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests. Regarding the washing machine's long cycle time and noise, as well as the water spigot's inadequate stream, we will look into possible solutions to improve these amenities.
